The reader is mounted with all stainless steel hardware, making it a rugged device with a wide environmental operating range -- suitable for nearly any setting. A red/green bi-color LED and a beeper are standard and use traditional TTL voltage level. The LED may be operated in one-wire or two-wire mode. The card reader accepts low or highcoercivity magnetic stripe cards with Track 2 encoding. Track 1 and Track 3 versions are also available.
