MTP RL 15HD A Receiver Installation and Operation MONO AUDIO 1 2 Transmitter Possible 1. Connect the TP cable (CAT 7 for a C7 unit; input format receiver Skew-Free, or CAT 5/5e/6 for a non C7 unit) from an output formats MTP transmitter or the buffered output of an MTP RL 15HD A receiver to the Input RJ-45 connector. RGBHV 2. Connect a TP cable between the Buffered Output RJ-45 RGBHV RGBS connector and another MTP receiver. RGsB 3. Connect a video device to the Output connector. The RGBS RGBS table at right identifies the video formats that are RGsB possible from the connected receiver, given the input RGsB RGsB video format to the transmitter. Component Component 4. Connect one or two audio devices to the Mono Audio S-video S-video connector. Wire the connector as shown at far right. Composite Composite 5. Connect power. See the 2-pin drawing below right. Output 1 + Level, Peaking — Adjust the Level knob for brightness Output 1 – and the Peaking knob for sharpness. Cable sleeves Output 2 + DIP switches — Set the H Sync and V Sync switches Output 2 – up for + sync or down for – sync. Set the other DIP switches as shown below. CAUTION Do not connect the sleeves to either the + or - terminal.
