Stand Assembly Step 1
Step 2
Determine the width of the 2 stand feet in relation to the cardio equipment it is to be placed in front of. Use the .25x20 socket head screws to secure the Feet to the stand Base Weldment.
Place the Base Cable Chase Extrusion and the Base End Cap in place on the Base Weldment.

Slide the Base Cable Chase Extrusion to the Base End cap. Attach them to the Base Weldment using the socket head .25x20 screws
Snap the Cable Chase Cover into place on the Base Cable Chase Extrusion.

Place the Power Supply Bracket into place over the base weldment tube.
Insert the Vertical Lower Tube over the base tube weldment and align the cable access holes. Install the .25x20 Pan Head Phillips Screws. Do not tighten yet.

Insert the Vertical Upper Tube into the Vertical Lower Tube. Align the holes in each to set the desired height. Secure height by using the .25x20 Pan Head Phillips Screws.
Run the Siamese power and coaxial cable through the stand verticals and out the lower vertical cable access hole. Place the power supply in the Power Supply Bracket.

Firmly insert the 110 AC power cable into the power supply.
Connect the low voltage power cable to the Siamese cable and tighten the locking ring.

Slide the Base Cover down over the vertical tube. Run the RG6 coax cable and the 110 AC power cord out the Base Cover wire hole. Attach with .25x20 socket head screws.
Attach the Hinge Bracket Assembly to the Stand Vertical Upper Tube and run the Siamese RG6 and 110 AC cable out the end. Secure by using the .25x20 Pan Head Phillip Screws.

Cable Chase Raceway Overview (P1) Raceway to Stand Assembly
As with Step 1 (above) determine the width of the 2 stand feet in relation to the cardio equipment it is to be placed in front of.
Add to the base assembly the “Raceway to Stand” Joiner Plate. Use the .25x20 socket head screws through the Joiner Plate to secure the Feet to the stand Base Weldment.

Continue standard assembly as described above. For Step 9, replace the power supply cable with the 110 AC Power “T” Adapter Cable.
Install the Base Cable Chase Extrusion and route the 110AC “T” cable and the RG6 coaxial cable through each of its raceway channels.
Run the coaxial RG6 cable and 110 AC Power “T” Adapter Cable out through the end of the Base Cable Chase Extrusion.
Slide the Cable Raceway Bottom onto side B of the Stand Joiner Plate. Continue routing the wires through Cable Raceway to their next connection point.
Slide the Cable Raceway onto the Joiner Plate and then snug up to the stand Base Cable Chase Extrusion. Secure the Joiner plate into the Raceway using the #8x5/16 self tapping screws.
Secure the Base Cap to Base Weldment using the .25x20 socket head screw. Secure the Base cap to the Raceway Bottom using the #8x5/16 self tapping screws.

Cable Chase Raceway Overview (P2) Raceway to Raceway Assembly
Once the Cable Raceway Bottom is attached to the FS1 Stand it may be necessary to extend a length of raceway beyond the 5 foot section provided.
Insert the “Raceway to Raceway” Joiner Plate into the next piece of Cable Raceway Bottom.
Slide partially assembled piece of Cable Raceway and Joiner Plate into the trailing piece of raceway.
Secure the Joiner Plate into the Cable Raceway Bottom using the #8x5/16 self tapping screws. Run wires through the raceway as needed.
Once the wires are run inside the raceway snap into place the Cable Chase Cover. Place the Raceway Inline Joint Cover over the raceway joint.
Secure the Raceway Inline Joint Cover into the Raceway Bottom using the #8x5/16 self tapping screws.
