Instruction Manual Multimedia Speakers (TU1369) FEATURES  Brilliant stereo sound  Connects to laptops, desktop computers, CD players, MP3 players  USB connection provides power to speakers for computer use  Cool blue LED glows when connected to USB port      GETTING STARTED For computer use, plug the USB connector into an available USB port and insert the standard 3.5mm plug into the headphones jack. The blue LED light will illuminate the speakers only when the USB is connected. Adjust volume using the rotary knob on the rear of the speaker. Also be sure to adjust the volume output from your computer. For MP3 players and other devices, you only need to connect the 3.5mm jack to the device headphone jack. Note: iPod and iPhone devices require a powered amplifier and will not work with these Multimedia Speakers. TROUBLESHOOTING If you are not receiving audio, check that the volume control (located on the back of the speaker) is turned up by rotating the knob to “+” You should make sure that your computer volume control is at an acceptable level. Also, check that the cable is plugged into the proper jack. Some devices, such as iPod and iPhone, do not output enough power to play audio through our Multimedia Speakers. They require the use of “powered speakers”, which have an amplified, selfcontained power source.
