MUSTANG SURVIVAL CUSTOM ORDER INFORMATION We are happy to provide customers with the optional custom markings and custom changes on certain product features. The following information will help you customize your product order. Standard shipping for custom orders is 4-6 weeks from final approval and receipt of final artwork. Should you need your order sooner, please contact your Sales Representative or our Customer Service Department. GRAPHIC GUIDELINES To help us expedite your custom order quickly and accurately, please provide your customization artwork according to our graphic guidelines files. Please keep in mind the higher the resolution (or pixel per inch) of the original art, the better the quality for the logo reproduction. We will need your custom artwork in electronic formats. PC format is preferred but Macintosh is accepted. Files should be less than 2 MB for email. Any files larger than 2 MB should be mailed to us on electronic media such as a CD or thumb drive. Accepted Electronic Formats for Custom Artwork Digitized embroidery file We accept Tajima (.dst) embroidery format files. Please include original artwork with colour segmentation. An embroidery sample will be produced to review. If the file output is not acceptable, digitizing costs will apply. Vector in .EPS, Photoshop or PDF file format We accept vector graphics under these specifications only: - Adobe Illustrator (editable EPS or native) up to version 9 - Convert all fonts to outlines or include all fonts required to print out file (both outline and bitmap fonts are required when using postscript fonts) - Include all placed or imported files used Bitmap (for photographs or illustrations) Bitmap files require more preparation than vector-based files and may incur additional art charges. Adobe Photoshop (native, TIFF, JPEG or BMP) Please DO NOT send Microsoft Word (DOC) or PowerPoint (PPT) documents. All other file types cannot be opened.
CUSTOMIZATIONS Logo Patches We can custom most of our products with customer-supplied logo patches Requirements Client must provide patches
Screening Printing Logos and Text Screening Printing is a permanent customization that can be done on finished product. Requirements Color - black and white are standard colors. Other colors need to be specified by Pantone number. Screen - multiple colors or locations will require additional screens and additional costs apply. Graphics - default font for text screens is 2 inch Arial, unless otherwise specified. For logos, please provide digital files, preferably vector-based .EPS or .TIFF).
Name Tags – Removable & Permanent We offer both Velcro nametags that are embroidered and removable and heat taped nametags that are permanent and can be used in place of screen printing
Serial Numbers (Heat Taped) The addition of screen printing numbers is possible for large customization orders.
Embroidery of Logos & Emblems The embroidery of customer-supplied insignia on our products is an excellent way to highlight a logo or brand. Specialized software transforms artwork into an electronic file format readable by special embroidery machines. The image is converted into stitches and sewn on to the garment taking into account the size, garment type, and fabric composition of the selected product.
Custom Color Many of our products can be made in custom colours.
Custom Location of Reflective Tape Need extra visibility? We add and custom the location of additional reflective tape on most in-stock products.
