My Business Recycles Rewards / Office Depot • Office Depot has partnered with Clover Environmental Solutions (CES) to create the MyBusinessRecycles rewards program. They are also our partners for our Recycling Rules program for education customers (www.MySchoolRecycles.com). • Clover is a global leader in providing resellers, mass merchants and value-added specialty suppliers with total environmental solutions including the recycling and remanufacturing of consumable imaging supplies. • They are ISO certified, earning both ISO 9001 for their quality processes, and 14001 certification for environmental management standards. 1 Environmental Benefits Help save the planet one cartridge at a time! • Join Office Depot in our effort to help protect the environment. • Help create less waste and keep empty ink and toner cartridges out of our landfills. – Over 65 million ink and toner cartridges have been kept out of landfills since 2003. 2 Rewards Program Overview • Members receive credit for qualifying ink and toner cartridges and qualifying small electronics that are not visibly damaged. – A list of qualifying Products and their associated rewards value can be found on the Buyback Price Lists located on the “Program Information” page at www.MyBusinessRecycles.com. • Buyback Price Lists are updated monthly • Members can see their total rewards earned by viewing the Track Activity section on the site. • At the end of each month, Clover totals the value of the items you’ve returned and posts a credit to your account. Once the account’s value exceeds $50, Clover (CES) sends you a check made out to the company’s name on the account. – Checks will be mailed by the 15th of the month after the account reaches $50. Checks will come from CES (Clover). 3 Registration & Returning User Login • Join by entering your account information in the Sign Up section at: – www.MyBusinessRecycles.com • Must enter your Office Depot Account Number to register • Existing members simply login by entering the email address and password you used when you registered. – 4 If you’ve forgotten your login name or password, click the link in the Login section. Website Features • Order Recycling Supplies – Collection boxes or pre-paid shipping labels • Pallet Pickup • Reports / Track Activity • Program Information • Manage Locations • Manage Users • Change Password • Contact Us 5 Track Activity / Reporting • Members can track the activity on their account and can choose a specific timeframe for the report. – Data is current up to 2 business days and is available for 18 months. • Members should allow 6-8 weeks for processing of items they’ve returned. • For each Account/Ship-to Location, the report will show: – – Name of Item Returned Ship-to Code • – – – – – – – Ship-to # for this site. It will not match OD account ship-to # info. Date Item was Returned UPS Tracking # OEM/Reman Condition of Item (Good or Damaged) Quantity Returned Unit Price (price per unit returned) Total Reward (price for total quantity returned) 6 Program Information • • • • • • – My Business Recycles Program Overview Sell Sheet Cartridge Buyback List* Fuser Buyback List* Small Electronics Buyback List* Packaging Instructions Pallet Pick-up Instructions *Buyback Lists show reward prices for items returned and are updated monthly. 7 Manage Users and Ship-to Locations Add Additional Ship-to Locations • Members can consolidate other office locations on one account. Office Depot account information will not auto-populate on the site. Add Additional Users to Account • By setting the additional user’s User Type to User Admin, they can order supplies or request pallet pickups. If customer sets the User Type to Report Viewer, they will only be able to view recycling activity reports. • All additional users will be able to view ALL of the ship-to locations on the account. 8 Returning Collection Boxes Members have three options on how you can return items for credit: 1 Use your own box & print a free pre-paid shipping label • Simply download a pre-paid shipping label from the website. • Shipments should contain a minimum of 10 ink cartridges and/or 6 toner cartridges per label. 2 Order collection boxes from the MyBusinessRecycles site • Each box comes with a pre-paid shipping label attached. • Boxes can be shipped to any location in the 48 contiguous states (unable to ship to HI, AK or PR). 3 Submit a pallet pick-up request on the website • Members with 100+ toner cartridges to return at one time can schedule a pallet pick-up. • Clover will provide all necessary documentation for the shipment. 9
