I. Product Introduction
This product can be used for high precision measurement, video signal data processing, and distance and angle measuring. When installed with a microscope, it can be widely used in biological, medical, and chemical fields for inspecting, testing and measuring.

(Note: The designated power supply should be used.)
V. Installation Instructions 1. Connect the power supply of 12V1.5A to DC IN power port, connect the video input signal cable to VIDEO IN video port, connect the monitor to the VIDEO OUT video port and insert the mouse into the MOUSE port. Notes: DC OUT can provide 12V 1A output. Connecting mouse to the Video Cross Line Measuring System is optional. If the mouse is installed, the mouse should be connected to the unit before the unit is turned on. 2. Switch on power and turn on monitor. After pushing POWER of Video Cross Line Measuring System upward, the red light indicator is on, the Video Cross Line Measuring System starts working, and the work interface will be displayed on the monitor.

Initialization Setting Introduction Press and hold the MODE button, turn on the unit or press the RESET button, the initialization setting interface will be displayed on the screen (shown in Fig.3). Using the mouse or SELECT button to select the option for setup. After selected, left-click the mouse or use the SET button to confirm and enter the corresponding setting interface.

Use the mouse or X, Y CURSOR knobs to move the horizontal and vertical coordinate lines to the desired location, and right-clicking the mouse or pressing the SET button will complete the setting and return to Settings Interface. 2. Calibration Setting Interface (as shown in Fig. 5 and 6)

Fig. 6 Using the SELECT button to select the measurement units, and the measurement units can be mm /um. Using the mouse or X, Y CURSOR knobs to move the horizontal and vertical coordinate lines, and at this moment, the distance between the intersection point of the solid line and intersection point of the dotted line is 1mm/1um. Left-clicking the mouse, the solid line and the dotted line can be switched.

Right-clicking the mouse or pressing the SET button will complete the setting and return to Settings Interface. 3. Initializing Work Mode Selection Interface (as shown in Fig. 7)

Fig. 9 Use the mouse or the SELECT button to select the corresponding data display position, and right-clicking the mouse or pressing the SET button will complete the setting and return to Settings Interface. After the initialization setting is completed, press the START button to work, and the settings will be saved. All the saved settings can be used when the unit is turned on next time. VII. Work Mode Introduction After entering Work Mode, the initial status is the initial setting. 1. Interfaces for measuring the horizontal distance, vertical distance and the distance between any two points (as shown in Fig.8) Using the mouse or X, Y CURSOR knobs to move the horizontal and vertical coordinate lines, and the value of X is the horizontal distance; the value of Y is the vertical distance; the value of D is the distance from the intersection point of solid line to the intersection point of the dotted line. Left-clicking the mouse or turn the X, Y CURSOR knobs for switching the solid line and the dotted line. 2. The interface for the circle radius defined by arbitrary three points (as shown in Fig. 10)

CURSOR knobs to select the second point (Note: The second point does not show.), and Left-clicking the mouse or turning X, Y CURSOR knobs to select the third point, and the value of R is the radius value of the circle defined by any three points. 3. The interface for the angle of the circle defined by arbitrary three points (as shown in Fig. 11)

Left-clicking the mouse or turning X, Y CURSOR knobs to select the first point, at this moment, the intersection point of the dotted lines will be moved to the first selected point; Left-clicking the mouse or turning X, Y CURSOR knobs to select the second point (Note: The second point does not show.), and Left-clicking the mouse or turning X, Y CURSOR knobs to select the third point, and the value of A is the angle value of the circle defined by any three points. (Take the second point as the peak point.)

Work Mode Switching Method Right-clicking the mouse or pressing the MODE button will enter the mode selection interface (the same as shown in Fig.7) Use mouse or the SELECT button to select the corresponding mode, and right-clicking the mouse or pressing the SET button will complete the setting and return to the Work Mode.

Cautions 1) The unit must be installed according to the Instruction Manual. 2) If the installation is unsuccessful, call the local dealer right away. 3) If the unit is opened and/or repaired without authorization, warranty will be void.
