Overview Developed on the basis of the latest technology, DS-8100HCI-ST Series Digital Video Recorder combines the latest in advanced H.264 video encoding and decoding technologies delivering high performance rock-solid reliability and longer recording times. DS-8100HCI-ST Digital Video Recorder can be used as a standalone video surveillance product, as well as to build up a powerful surveillance network making it is perfect for home or small business applications.

Up to 8 SATA hard disks, 8 network disks (8 NAS disks, or 7 NAS disks+1 iSCSI disk) and 1 eSATA disk can be connected to DS-8108HCI-ST and DS-8116HCI-ST model, each disk with a maximum of 2TB storage capacity;; eSATA disk can be used for recording or backup.

Up to 4 SATA hard disks, 8 network disks can be connected to DS-8104HCI-ST model, each disk with a maximum of 2TB storage capacity.
