Having all weather durability and possessing extreme environmental sustainability, the Magnus RNM130 rugged design is tailored to meet any harsh mobile computing situation our military, law enforcement, and industrial customers encounter. Constructed with an ultra-stout magnesium alloy housing, the Magnus is able to withstand a three foot height drop and remain fully functional. Another shock protective consideration incorporated into each Magnus RNM130 is an integrated hard disk drive dampener safeguard. Built on Intel’s Pentium® M Processor, and utilizing up to 1 GB DDR SDRAM, this rugged mobile platform also has an expansive wired and wireless connectivity option to match its performance-driven signature. Onboard each Magnus are wired 56K modem and 10/100 LAN, as well as options for Bluetooth, GSM, GSPS, or Intel’s Centrino® Mobile Technology. A 12.1” XGA LCD screen is standard but can be factory upgraded to Touch Screen and/or High Contrast versions to suit any operational need. Other Magnus options include: office or vehicle docking, sub-freezing (-20º Celsius) operation, and back-light rubber keyboard. Desirablity-wise, the Magnus RNM130 is truly synonymous with superior rugged mobile durability and functionality.
