Rebate offers valid only on new purchases of eligible SL1100 systems. Each eligible SL1100 system purchase must include an InMail and a minimum of (8) or (16) SL1100 telephones. The eligible system and associated required components must be on the same NEC Authorized Distributor invoice, dated between May 30, 2017 and June 30, 2017. Eligibility for rebate is based on new purchases of new equipment only. Return and repurchase of equipment does not constitute an eligible purchase.

The Summer Savings 2017 Rebate Form, your W-9 Form, and a copy of your invoice from an NEC Authorized Distributor must be submitted to NEC Sales Support by July 31, 2017, and if mailed, must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2017. Rebate requests postmarked later than the specified date will not be accepted.

The rebate form must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

For those dealers that participate in the NEC Channel Reseller Program, the items that qualify for this rebate program will only be included in the total that determines the quarterly rebate percentage, and will not be reflected in the actual Quarterly Rebate amount. Refer to the current Channel Reseller Rebate Program Terms and Conditions for details. This rebate cannot be combined with any other NEC promotion.

A current W-9 form must be submitted with your rebate paperwork.

Non-U.S. residents, distributors, agents, employees of NEC, and employees of authorized Supply Distributors are ineligible for this rebate. Offer valid in the U.S. only.
8.
Allow approximately ninety (90) days for mailing of rebate payment, after NEC has received a valid and completed form, your W-9 form, and the copy of the associated NEC Authorized Distributor invoice.

Void where prohibited, restricted or taxed.
10. NEC Corporation of America reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time. 11. The dealer is responsible for any applicable taxes. 12. Retain a copy of the completed rebate form for your records.
