Do not inflate in high winds. 2. Unload all Occupants and deflate the ride if the wind becomes excessive. 3. ONLY USE 50' EXTENSION CORD PROVIDED! Use of additional cords may cause the fans to overheat and shut off. 4. Always connect the GFI to the extension cord before plugging into the power source. This reduces the possibility of arcing the GFI contacts. 5. Check the GFI operation at least once daily. 6. Obtain marking and location information from the utility companies if there is a possibility of underground utilities. 7. Ensure that there are no underground irrigation pipes, electric wires, gas lines, or telephone cables that the utility company or property owner may have installed. 8. Limit occupants to the number specified on the label. 9. Always ensure that there is adequate clearance around and above the ride. 10. Do not put fingers/hands into fan inlet or outlet when running. 11. Do not put fingers/hands into fan motor or motor housing when running. 12. Never roll up or pack a ride when wet unless you plan to dry it that same day. 13. Never use chlorine based cleanser or bleach to clean, as this may damage the thread or vinyl. 14. If power should go off during the time the children or adults are playing, the bounce ride will deflate rapidly. Ask all occupants to immediately sit down, then the responsible adult will evacuate each person individually. Installation Instructions Tools Needed 1. Sledge hammer. 2. Pneumatic-tired dolly w/ fenders 3. Dolly strap 4. Ground liner 5. Safety glasses or goggles. 6. One to two people required for setting up 13'x13' OR 10'x10' Moonwalk. Site Layout 1. Pick a location free from overhead electric power or telephone lines. Location should be free from trees that could damage or stain the inflatable. An unobstructed area should be maintained for 5' around the perimeter of the inflatable. 2. Contact all utility companies and have all underground utility lines properly located so no accidental contact occurs when driving stakes. 3. Ensure there are no underground irrigation pipes or other utilities that the property owner has installed. 4. Place your ground liner over the site where you want the inflatable will stand. 5. Keep the front of the inflatable clear and accessible at all times. Installation 1. Unroll and position the inflatable on the liner with the inflation tube located to the rear of the inflatable. 2 STAKE THE INFLATABLE BEFORE INFLATING! Be sure the stake heads are away from the inflatable to avoid abrasion. 3. Place the blower fan with GFI on a flat dry surface; connect to the inflatable's inflation tube. Use whichever tube is most convenient. 4. Check the inflation tube to make sure it is properly attached to the blower fan. The inflation tube must be properly closed around the fan outlet cone to prevent large air leakage. 5. Check for rips, holes, and damaged seams. 6. When properly inflated, the play area, walls, and columns will be firm. Need It. Rent It! -2Operating Instructions 1. Check stakes regularly to ensure that they are tight. 2. Check the blower/inflation tube regularly to ensure there is not any excessive air leakage. 3. Check GFI at least once daily. 4. Prohibit excessive roughhousing by occupants. 5. Ensure that shoes have been removed by occupants. 6. Observe the maximum occupancy rules. 7. Keep clean and dry. 8. If the inflatable gets wet, dry it as soon as possible by blowing air through it. Cleaning 1. Do not use a chlorine-based cleaner or bleach to clean, as this may damage the threads. 2. Use water and/or cleaner sparingly by "sponging". Excessive water or cleaner may penetrate the seams and collect inside of the tubes. Also "bubbling" from the seams during operation may occur. This will last for a short time and will dry out if the sun is out within a 1/2 hour. 3. MUST BE RETURNED CLEAN! $50 CLEANING AND DRYING CHARGE!! Deflation and Packing Instructions 1. Inspect for any damage. 2. Clean and dry. 3. Buckle the plastic snaps to reduce the possibility of entanglement in the mesh. 4. Unplug electric blower fan at power source. 5. Loosen first inflation/deflation tube strap and remove tube from blower cone. Make sure tube is pulled away from inflatable bounce and is straight so all air is discharging. 6. While the inflatable bounce is deflating, remove stakes, put blower fan away, and store extension cord. 7. Begin folding into quarters until only 1/4 of the bounce remains with the inflation/deflation tube extended behind the bounce. Some air still may remain in the bounce. 8. Roll the remaining 1/4 up from front to back letting all air escape out of the inflation/deflation tube. 9. Unroll until you can place the inflation/deflation tube in front of your partially rolled bounce. Make sure you cover metal buckles on the inflation/deflation tube with duct tape to prevent abrasion to play area and inflation/deflation tube. 10. Band with packing straps. Place packing strap ends between metal buckles and the inflatable to reduce abrasions to the play area while transporting and storing. 11. Place in bag and tie. Need It. Rent It!
