NetVault: Backup Hyper-V plugin simplifies data protection for Microsoft Hyper-V, a next-generation hypervisor-based server virtualisation technology that makes it easier to take advantage of the cost savings of virtualisation through Windows Server 2008. Administrators can make the best use of their server hardware investments by consolidating multiple server roles as separate virtual machines running on a single physical machine and also efficiently run multiple different operating systems such as Windows and Linux in parallel on a single server.
