The adapter installs in minutes in place of an the old unit lock. A replacement cylindrical lock installs onto the adapter. NEW – Now offered with an astragal for exterior doors (5022A) to resist attacks against the latch bolt and strike. The 5022 adapter is nonhanded, and is manufactured in stainless steel with other base materials available.
