New Image SuperIris 300 Model Number: HCV-300-CA The High Resolution Digital Camera for Machine Vision The SuperIris 300 is a high performance 3.2 mega-pixel CMOS imaging device. The device incorporates a 2048 x 1536 (QXGA) image array and an on-chip 10-bit A/D converter capable of operating at up to 4 frames per second (fps) in full resolution mode. The sensor technology utilizes advanced algorithms to cancel Fixed Pattern Noise (FPN), eliminate smearing, and drastically reduce blooming. An optical low pass filter is placed in front of the image sensor to cut the infrared signals to assure the quality of images. SuperIris-high resolution digital camera embedded with USB 2.0 interface. The data transport speed between SuperIris and its host is at 480 M bits/sec. With this speed, real-time live previewing of the target object on the host screen is feasible. In addition, high-resolution images are provided by images capture base. With these features, shooting accurately and properly can be done with ease. Features of the image sensor * Optical black level calibration * Line optical black level output capability * Video or snapshot operations * Programmable/Auto Exposure and Gain Control * Programmable/Auto White Balance Control * Horizontal and vertical sub-sampling (4:2 and 4:2) * High frame rate output * Programmable image windowing * Zooming and panning functions * Variable frame rate control * On-chip R/G/B Channel and Luminance Average Counter * Internal/External frame synchronization * SCCB salve interface * Power-on reset and power-down modes Specification of SperIris Item Spec.
