I hope everyone had time to relax during the Holiday Season. We are looking forward to seeing parents, family and friends at Parent Watch Classes. Information will be coming out during the next few months concerning the 2017 Spring Production and the Student Presentation. Please check the bulletin board, the website and your e-mail often for up to date information. Important Dates to Remember All the Best, Abigail Francisco  January 14th 3rd Tuition Installment Due  January 16th School & Office Closed for Martin Luther King, Jr Day  February - See Schedule of Classes Parent Watch  February 20th School & Office Closed for Presidents Day  March 14th 4th Tuition Installment Due  April 8th Student Presentation  April 10th - 15th School & Office Closed for Spring Break  April 23rd Picture Day Parent Watch See the Website & Your Email for Full Schedule Bring your cameras, take videos... We encourage students and parents to observe levels that are more advanced than their child’s classes in order to observe the skills their child will be learning as they advance. Remember: Each student is to wear the skirt, leotard, or uniform appropriate to the particular class. If you are not sure of the details or need to purchase the skirt, please check our website for the correct product numbers. Page 2 Newsletter January 2017 Weather Related Class Cancellations We follow Calvert County Public Schools for inclement weather closings. (We do not follow the CCPS calendar. All AFSCB closings are listed on our website). If Calvert County Public Schools cancel school or close early due to weather, we will also close. Saturday Classes – Every effort will be made to make a decision about closing by 6:30am. We will notify you by email and the closing will be posted on Facebook. If you live outside of Calvert County, check the CCPS webpage. http://www.calvertnet.k12.md.us/ Volunteer for the Spring Production The Spring Production would not be possible without the many volunteers that help out each year. Watch for volunteer jobs to be posted in the lobby (Annmarie Garden & Kid’s Campus – we will email you the jobs & you can sign up via email). Each family will need to volunteer a minimum of 3 hours to the Spring Production as specified in the signed spring production contract. If you choose not to volunteer, a fee of $45 will be due on May 2, 2017. Spring Production Program Ads Each student that sells two Business ads will not pay $100.00 of the 2nd Spring Production Installment. Only $25 will be due. Ad forms will be sent via e-mail for you to download, on the website and will also be available in the lobby. Tuition Schedule 1 Installment – Sept 14th st 2 Installment – Nov. 14 nd th 3rd Installment – Jan 14th 4th Installment – Mar 14th A GRACE PERIOD OF 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS WILL BE HONORED. PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER THAT 5 DAY GRACE PERIOD WILL RESULT IN A $25 LATE FEE. Don’t forget to send best wishes to your favorite dancer in a personal ad. Business Ads and Personal Ads are due no later than Monday, April 7, 2017. All ads must be camera ready – see specifications on ad forms. If you are not sure how to set up your personal ads, stop by the office to see past programs for ideas.
