NG biomass-based air heaters NG air heaters are designed for combustion of biomass in granular form – from wood pellets to other biomass bulk materials (fraction up to 20 mm). They guarantee environmental friendly and safe drying cycle based on clean air. The implemented technical solutions help to minimize the heating costs. STANDARD EQUIPMENT CASING – walls made from zinc-plated steel plate and insulated with mineral wool COMBUSTION CHAMBER – made from acid-resistant steel HEAT EXCHANGER – made from acid-resistant steel and designed so as to achieve a maximum heat exchange area while maintaining minimal resistance to exhaust gases and air FAN SECTION – fan with adjustable efficiency by using an inverter PELLET BURNER – with a segmented, mobile stepped grate and ceramic insert in the combustion chamber CONTROL CABINET – microprocessor controller with stove exhaust air temperature sensor SPECIAL FEATURES: - COST SAVINGS – drying or heating costs reduced by half in comparison to the conventional fuels such as fuel oil, liquid petroleum gas (LPG) - HIGH THERMAL EFFICIENCY - ECOLOGY – heat exchanger provides clean air supply, pellet fuel causes no environmental pollution as a result of complete combustion, and ash is used as plant food. - CONVENIENCE – fully automated processes, no need to monitor the combustion cycle. They guarantee environmental friendly and safe drying cycle based on clean air. The implemented technical solutions and the biomass-fired stove make it possible to reduce the drying costs compared to fuel oil or LPG. The batch drying process can be divided into four stages: loading, drying, cooling and unloading of grain from the batch dryer.
