Important Safety Instructions Please read the following warning and caution carefully before using this battery charger This battery charger has been customised to charge PPM Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) battery packs ONLY. WARNING DO NOT CHARGE PPM NiCd batteries with this charger. Connecting PPM NiCd battery packs to this charger may permanently damage them. This battery charger is supplied with configuration set to ‘AUTO’ mode. It is possible to change and store the setting for other applications. Alternative configuration settings will charge NiMh battery packs. Do not reconfigure the charger for any than ‘AUTO’ mode. its’ charging configuration not properly setting other CAUTION Changing the battery charger configuration setting from anything other than ‘AUTO’ mode will degrade PPM NiMH battery pack performance. 56161-HB-1 NiMH Battery Charger Handbook.doc
