NOTICE OF FUNCTION CHANGE The following new functions were added to the SD15 camera with the new Firmware update (Firmware version 1.03).
1. LANGUAGES TO BE DISPLAYED IN SET UP MENU ARE ADDED (Ver.1.03) 7 languages have been added which can be accessed from [Language/ 言語] in the Set Up menu (P.26). Use the arrows on the 4-way controller to select the desired language.
Added languages: Dutch (Nederlands) Polish (Polski) Portuguese (Português) Danish (Dansk)
Swedish (Svenska) Norwegian (Norsk) Finnish (Suomi)

3. ADDITION TO THE KEY SOUND CANCELLATION FUNCTION It is possible to cancel the electrical sound of the Self-timer (P.58) and Mirror lock-up function (P.58-59). To cancel the electrical sound, please select [Off] from the [Key Sound] (P.31) in the Camera Set-up menu. (If you wish the camera to emit an electrical sound, please select [On]).
RAW + JPEG simultaneous recording mode has been added to the image quality setting. Please select RAW+JPG from the Quick Set Menu 2.
In addition to the 4 currently available functions, 4 further functions can be selected from the Quick Set menu. For this addition, the Quick Set menu will have 2 pages and the icon location of the current functions will change. (When the icon location of the current functions change, the icon location displayed in Camera Info Page(P.33) will also change.) (* These 4 added functions can still be changed using the dedicated buttons on the camera)

For example, if you wish to change the ISO Setting to 400, press the button to button several times. display Qs1, then set the value to 400 by pressing the or the shutter button “half-way”, the settings will be applied and By pressing the camera will return to shooting mode.

WARNING!! z When RAW+JPG is selected, the Image Size will be HI and the Image Quality of JPEG will be FINE. z Color mode [B&W] and [Sepia] cannot be selected. z When the Color Mode is set to B&W or Sepia and Image Quality is changed to RAW+JPG, the Color Mode will automatically change to STD (Standard). z When deleting images stored as RAW+JPG, both the RAW and JPEG files will be deleted.
