CHS-P40 Low Profile/Printer Chassis PRODUCT INSTALLATION DRAWING Document 15477 Rev B1 P/N 15477:B1 08/26/97 ECN 97-334 Overview The CHS-P40 low profile chassis is specially designed to hold the VS4095/5 printer (Figure 2; available from Keltron Corp., Waltham, MA) and one or two annunciator modules. It can be mounted in a B, C, or D-sized cabinet. Parts Qty. 1 1 1 1 Description CHS-P40 Low Profile Printer Chassis Annunciator/Printer Dress Panel Hardware Kit (2 Screws, 4 Nuts) Hardware Kit (Washers, Nuts) Figure 1: The CHS-P40 Low Profile Printer Chassis ABM-16AT Optional Blank Module Assemblies (one-to two may be required if annunciator modules are not to be installed to the left of the printer). Installation 1. Position chassis in the bottom row of the backbox. The chassis must be installed before mounting the backbox on the wall. 2. Align the center holes on the left and right edges of the chassis (see Figure 3) with the corresponding holes in the backbox. 3. Bring the screws in from the rear of the backbox and thread through chassis. Tighten with nuts. 4. Mount backbox on wall. Make sure the cabinet is properly grounded. 5. After installation of Keltron printer and optional modules (follow installation instructions supplied with printer and components), attach the dress panel to the cabinet.
