KSL – CBU/4 is a horizontal-cutting slicer dedicated to fresh meat without bones. It has the feature of automatic portion dividing and transporting them (as required) through two lines. The machine has the ability of notching meat with so called BUTTERFLY CUT method. As the only one, KSL is automatically able to adjustmeat position in order to half it precisely. A high precision of the device allows to cut 2,5mm slices what in consequence, gives us 40 slices of meat.
