CS COMBUSTION SOLUTIONS engineers and supplies burners for special applications with performance range between 1 and 90 MW. The burners are costumized and designed according to customizer needs and requirements. The SWB Burner operates on a variety of standard and special fuels which can be directly injected simultanously into the burner.

CS COMBUSTION SOLUTIONS is your expert for the thermal oxidation of liquids, gases and powdered solids derived from byproducts in the refinery, petrochemical, chemical & pharmaceutical industries.
CS delivers combustors for the following applications: l Sulfuric acid production l SO2-Production l Spent acid regeneration l Thermal disposal of waste gases l Thermal disposal of hazardous waste liquids l Waste water disposal The team of CS has 20 years experience in design and supply of thermal oxidizers and firing systems. injection systems for optimal atomizing performance
CS COMBUSTION SOLUTIONS selects and engineers the optimal atomizing system for the specified application. To ensure the optimal proportion between atomizing results and media consumption, CS works with the proven dual fluid premix-nozzle, pressure atomizer nozzle and ultrasonic nozzle systems.
CS offers lance / nozzle systems for the SWB burner and for the direct injection of fluids into our incinerators. Additionally CS offers nozzles for the following applications: l Ammonia injection systems for SNCR-plants l Fluegas cooling & quenching systems l Lime milk injection for semi-dry desulfurization l Process applications for food- & chemical industries Ultrasonic atomizing nozzle type CS For highly viscous and polluted media as well as standard fuels. Dual fluid nozzle – mixture of fluid and atomizer outside the nozzle. Mass flow up to 10.000 kg/h. Premixing nozzle type SL For clean and moderate polluted media. Dual fluid nozzle – mixture of fluid and atomizer in the mixing chamber. Very low requirement of atomizer (approx. 4–6 %). Mass flow up to 10.000 kg/h. Waste nozzle type DDM-X For highly viscous and polluted media. Dual fluid nozzle – mixture of fluid and atomizer inside the nozzle. No built in components in the fluid duct and nozzle. Mass flow up to 10.000 kg/h. Pressure atomizing nozzle type ZL For clean media. Single fluid nozzle – no atomizer necessary. The nozzle can be adjusted during operation. Max. control range 1:8. Mass flow up to 15.000 kg/h.

sludge lance for high viscosity slurries
CS COMBUSTION SOLUTIONS has developed a special slurry-lance for use with the injection of high viscosity slurries. With its’ simple and robust construction the lance is primarily used for the injection of highly viscous and pasty slurries.
Field of application: l Circulating fluidized bed l Rotary kilns l Municipal waste boiler The atomizing of the waste fuels will be done by means of steam or compressed air. Thereby the sludge will be blown into little bits, and burned in the furnace. Fuels: Sewage sludge l Oil sludge l Pasty wastes from the petrochemical and chemical industries The sludge lance uses a central pipe, without any neck or rebound in the diameter. Thereby it will be ensured that no caking or formation of bottlenecks can happen, and the unimpeded hauling of the sludge is possible. According to the field of application it is possible to furnish the nozzle with special coatings to raise the durability. l
