Tools required for preventive maintenance shall be provided by bidder. 3. Preventive maintenance includes electrical, mechanical and control checks of machines. 4. Schedule of Breakdown Maintenance and Penalty : In case of Break down maintenance service shall be provided within 3 days from the date of mail/telephonic intimation of service requirement from Engineer-in-Charge and shall be completed within a week from the date of start of work otherwise penalty will be impose `.500/- per day for delay. 5. All machines are old and warranty period has expired. 6. If any, helper required for Break down maintenance may provide by TMS, NPCIL. 7. Proper Email and telephone number shall be provied by supplier for contact to the appropriate person. 8. Minimum two experienced technicians shall be provided for routine PM as well as break down maintenance of machines. 9. Valid workmen compensation policy for deployed manpower shall be in the scope of bidder. 10. All spares required for preventative maintenence & breakdown maintenence shall be provided by NPCIL. A. 1.
