Please note this feature only takes
effect when there is more than one HDD available. Best results are carried out when all drives are under the same total capacity, all emptied for a new start, and preferably under the same model and same brand. 2. When “Disk load balance” is enabled, video streams will be recorded in the drive with the largest available percentage of capacity. 3. For optimum performance, it is recommended to install Main Console on systems equipped with quad core CPU. 4. Main Console does not support OS installed on RAID. This may result in license

It is recommended to separate OS and video recordings in
different hard drives. 5. Please do not change OS display settings on font size. Recommended 96dpi + 100%. 6. USB, eSATA and network attached storage devices are no longer supported as storage locations. You cannot add new drives to the system and we strongly recommend not using existing NAS devices. 7. “Transaction Timeout” setting under POS application takes effect only under the circumstance when both “transaction start” and “transaction end” are not defined. Default for this feature is 10 seconds. 8. When using Windows OS after Vista, please disable the default activated “sleep” function under power management. 9. It is recommended to activate Windows Update to the latest version to ensure OS stability. 10. When running Main Console on Windows 2008 R2, please enable the default disabled audio service to use audio functions. 11. When running Main Console on Windows 2008 R2, to use the auto login feature you must disable Windows account/password login. To do this please select “Run” from the Start menu and insert “netplwiz”. Activation Tool is temporarily supported only in English. 14. Languages BGR, HUN, FAR, ROM, NLD, SLV are not officially supported in v3.4. These languages will not be available in newly installed systems. 15. When installing Serbian (SRL) version software, configure “Regional and language settings – Advanced” under the control panel and set to SRL (Cyrillic) to correctly display. 16. When using I/O boxes and analog PTZ devices under a single system, please separate connections to two C08 devices. 17. Plug in microphones or other audio devices before using enable audio / enable talk functions under Main Console and Remote Live Viewer. 18. Plug in headphones or speakers before starting Playback to use Audio functions. 19. Maximum load for Remote Backup is 200GB per run. 20. Remote Backup is currently restricted to one item at a time. Local backup operates with no restriction. 21. Maximum range for Playback and Backup applications are fixed to 7 days. 22. It is recommended to keep CPU loading under 90% to avoid performance issues.
