This innovative solution enables advanced capabilities for graphics rich production and delivery of video for broadcast, post production, film and new media. Offering 2.5 GB of GDDR5 graphics memory, 352 NVIDIA CUDA™ parallel processing cores and built on the innovative Fermi architecture, the NVIDIA Quadro 5000 SDI I/O by PNY is a true technological breakthrough delivering excellent performance across a broad range of broadcast, video and film pre- and post-production workflow applications that require the acquisition, processing and delivery of high resolution video with low system latency. Multi-stream uncompressed video streams directly to GPU memory for sophisticated effects processing and an integrated graphics-to-video solution that enables 2D or 3D effects to be composited in real-time with 2K, HD and SD video. The Quadro 5000 offers ECC memory and fast double precision to ensure the accuracy and fidelity of your work, while the Quadro SDI Capture card delivers the industry’s first fully integrated GPU-based solution for capture of SD-, HD-, and 3G-SDI video footage, in real-time, directly to GPU memory and supports all SMPTE standard formats. The Quadro SDI Output card is the ideal solution for digital broadcasting applications such as virtual sets, sports, and weather news systems that composites live video footage onto virtual backgrounds and sends the resulting live video for TV broadcast. Quadro SDI Output card also allows film production, post-production, and finishing professionals to preview the results of 3D compositing, editing, and color grading in real-time on high definition broadcast monitors.
NVIDIA® QUADRO® SDI OUTPUT The Quadro SDI Output card sends composited video for live television broadcast and internet streaming. Delivering uncompressed 8-, 10-, or 12-bit SDI video, the Quadro SDI Output solution enables a direct connection to broadcast monitors, switchers, tape decks, or SDI projectors.
NVIDIA® QUADRO® SDI CAPTURE The Quadro SDI Capture card provides real-time acquisition of SD, HD, 2K, and 3G-SDI video footage directly to the GPU memory, enabling professionals to capture up to four HD-SDI single links sources (live action or pre-recorded) simultaneously with support for all SMPTE standard formats.
