Megapixel ISP embedded SoC for Automotive Ethernet AVB Camera NVS3320 NVS3320 is the system LSI for digital multimedia application based on Cortex-A9 Quad Core (ARM’s proprietary 32-bit RISC CPU core). Designed with the 28 nm low power process, it can decode and encode various type of audio/video standards with software and dedicated hardware accelerators H.264, MJPEG, MPEG4, etc. It provides 6.4 GB/s memory bandwidth for heavy traffic operations such as 1080p video encoding and decoding, 3D graphics display and high resolution image signal processing. The on-chip USB2.0 host & OTG controller enables the data transmission between a personal computer and storage device such as NAND flash, SD, and MMC etc, which can be controlled by the NVS3320.
