The NX-10 panel series is a new member of the well-known NetworX range of panels. The NX-10 does not only offer support for the existing NX expander modules but in addition brings a new range of wireless devices using the 868Mhz Gen2 wireless technology from GE Security. The on-board dual transceiver allows wireless communication with wireless in- and outdoor sirens, wireless keypads and wireless sensors all using 868Mhz Gen2 technology. The NX-10 is available with a GSM/GPRS modem to allow event reporting using voice and GPRS communication. It allows remote up/downloading via a GPRS or data connection. The end user can receive SMS text messages in case of events and can control the system by using the SMS HomeText control feature. The analogue dialer that is available can be used for primary as well as backup reporting and an optional IP interface is available for connection towards a LAN or WAN. Specifications

The NX-10 is a new member of the well-known NetworX panel family. In addition to full compatibility with the NetworX component range it delivers wireless capabilities out of the box. The dual transceivers are supporting wireless sirens, wireless keypads and wireless sensors out of the 868MHz Gen2 Range from GE Security. Beside the strong wireless features, the panel allows for data communication with the latest technology available on the market. The analogue dialer on board can always be used as primary or backup reporting device. On top of GSM and analogue dialer, the system can be expanded with an IP module for broadband communication. With the NX-1048-R-W, GE Security offers a new attractive wireless designer keypad for the NX-10 panel range. Its modern shape makes the keypad to fit in every home where design is a must. One of the unique features of the NX-1048-R-W is that it provides system and zone status information at all times without going in stand-by mode. The keypad is powered using six standard AA batteries, four for the operation of the keypad and two for the lighting. The two batteries for the lighting are sitting in a separate battery compartment accessible to the end-user in case the batteries need to be replaced. To increase battery life time, only the keypad lighting and LCD display is switched off after a 30 seconds delay. The keypad has 2 x 16 character LCD display and an icon display to indicate the system condition in an attractive and clear way. Four arrow keys allow the user to navigate through a quick or advanced user menu and eight additional function keys makes operating the control panel very user-friendly. The NX-1048-R-W allows location driven programming and programming via menu structure. During installation up to 4 out of 12 languages can be assigned to the keypad. The advanced light guide structure lights the LCD and keys for day and night use. Even in places where lighting is poor the display has an excellent performance. The keypad comes with a wall bracket including a level glass. In case the wireless keypad is not used it can be clicked in its bracket and can be taken out whenever needed. The wireless keypad is using the 868 Mhz Gen2 technology and is compatible with the NX-10 range of panels. Specifications
