Required Educational Qualification and Experience: • Graduation in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Applied Physics/ Statistics discipline • 14+ years experience in IT sector of financial organization Job Description/ Key Responsibilities: • The position will be responsible for IT Strategy formulation, IT Project Management, IT Infrastructure, Service and continuity management • Develop an annual budget, providing justification when needed. Review and compare actual results to planned budgetary performance, preparing reports reflecting those results. • Act as technology gate keeper and guide the officials upon the new technology need to accommodate with the existing technology of the bank • Undertaking risk assessments of information and technology security risks and improve level on IT Security and minimize IT Risk and comply the ICT guideline provided by Bangladesh Bank. Required Technical Skill: • Extensive technical and theoretical knowledge on multiplatform system administration (Unix, Linux & Windows), Database administration (Oracle & SQL), Advanced Network & Security Administration and Programming language (VB/PL/SQL/,C/C++/Java/Ruby/PHP/JSP) • Extensive knowledge on system planning to support the strategic and business plan • Must have experience in planning, designing and maintenance of network system, hardware, application , database and storage system • Must have knowledge on enabling, enhancing, and supporting the business functions of the company by providing innovative technical solutions to business problems • Extensive experience of managing procurements of products & services including deployment of product & service specifications, evaluations, procurement negotiation, experience in negotiation with vendors and formulation of service level agreement. • Adequate knowledge on all aspects of information security, compliance and industry best practices such as ISO17799/27001 • He must also remain current in the state-of-the art technologies for recommendation of cost –effective solution.
Responsibilities and Required Experience and Certification: • 3+ years of experience in the area of Network Operation/Data Communication in telecom or IT industry. • Vendor Certification (Juniper and Cisco) is preferable. • Adequate knowledge on Network Management System (NMS), IP technology and Security. • Practical knowledge on Data communication products i.e. Router, Switch, Firewall and IPS. • Sufficient knowledge on VPN tunnels with Juniper and Cisco devices. • Experience with TCP/IP –subnets, routing protocol (OSPF and BGP) and VLAN’s • Intension to know and adobe new technology and share with the team members. • Ability to work 24/7 hours in case of emergency situation. • Correspondence with vendors to establish network connectivity and ensure it’s uptime for round the clock. • Ensure compliance with latest security guidelines by applying appropriate Security policy.
2. System Administrator: (Vacancy – 01) - (Officer/Senior Officer)

Required Experience and Certification: • Candidate should have 3+ years of sufficient domain knowledge on an enterprise class data center. • Vendor Certification (SUN, Microsoft, Red Hat, EMC etc.) is preferable. • Knowledge on Linux, Sun Solaris and Windows System administration. • Experience of maintaining Sun/Dell/HP Server. • Experience of maintaining UNIX (AIX, HP-UX, Sun Solaris) and Linux servers in terms of security, configuration, software updates, patch update, system diagnosis, debugging, tuning, advanced troubleshooting, creating, modifying and deleting users and groups, creating and expanding file systems using LVM and fdisk, system backup and recovery, etc. • Adequate hardware and software diagnostic skills and experience in working with vendors to resolve related issues. • Skills to include troubleshooting server issues related to TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, LDAP, DNS (bind), NFS. • Experience with SAN/NAS specially EMC storage, install and configure HBA on host. Adequate technical knowledge on creating LUN and testing connectivity from host to SAN storage. • Ability to work 24/7 hours in case of emergency situation.
Required Experience: • Candidates should have experience over ATM switch operation/ATM Monitoring/Accounts Reconciliation, ATM cash Balancing & Dispute Management/ATM maintenance/Card Embossing & PIN generation. Job Responsibilities: • TO write auxiliary programs for switching software • Installation, Configuration, Repairing and Maintenance of ATMs • Supervision and Monitoring of Cash Replenishment • ATM Cash Reconciliation & Dispute Management • Supervision of ATM booth preparation & maintenance • Card Embossing & PIN Generation
3. Database Administrator: (Vacancy – 01) - (Officer/Senior Officer) Responsibilities and Required Experience and Certification: • Candidate should have sufficient domain knowledge of a large database environment for the period of 3+ years. • Vendor Certification (Oracle or SQL) is preferable • Ideally candidate should be Database Administration with minimum 3 years experience in Oracle 11g/Postgree/SQL/DB2, UNIX (Solaris), Linux, PL/SQL, RMAN, Dataguard, Shell Scripts and multi-platform (Windows, RAC etc.) environments. • Candidate will be responsible for System Up-gradation and Software Installations, Migration of Database, Replication, Backup, Disaster Recovery Planning and Execution, Monitoring, Data Modeling, Diagnostics and Performance Tuning, Patching, Tweaking, Scripting, Optimizing the overall performance of the Database and Implementation of Data Warehouse solution. • Ability to work 24/7 hours in case of emergency situation.
5. Programmer: (Vacancy – 11) - (Trainee Officer/Officer/Senior Officer) Responsibilities and Required Experience: • Candidate should have minimum 2 years experience in programming. • Candidate should have adequate knowledge in following areas: (a) Programming Language: PL/SQL, VB 6.0, Asp.net (C#.net, VB.net), C/C++,Java/Ruby/Python/PHP/JSP (b) RDBMS: Oracle/My SQL/SQL Server 2005/PostgreSQL (c) Reporting Tools: Crystal Report 11/Developer Report Builder (d) Database Tools: Toad or PL/SQL Developer (e) Application Tools: Visual Studio 2008/J2EE/Oracle Developer Suite 10g (f) Web Service: IIS/Tomcat /Apache/Jboss • Candidate should have the following additional qualification: (a) Excellent analytical skill and should be capable to work as individual or as a member of a team (b) Well-organized, self-directed, understand the importance of job, able to do multitask and deliver quality output (c) Capability to resolve problem and ability to work under pressure
Required Educational Qualification for Sl. No. 2 to 6: Graduation/Masters in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Software Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Applied Physics, Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Information & Communication Technology/ Information & Communications Engineering/ Computer Information System from any recognized university. No 3rd Division/Class and below CGPA 2.75 in the scale of 4.00 and 3.50 in the scale of 5.00 in academic career will be allowed. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
