The hydraulic hinges got TÜV certification EN 1154 that levels them to all intents and purposes to floor springs, even if they have a higher performance (over 90% for the hinges vs 50-60% of traditional floor springs).

Door closers Hinges - Hydraulic thought The rich production of Colcom is characterized by the hydraulic system applied to door closer hinges, a new concept designed and realized by the R&D department and covered by international patent. It includes a series of products: Triloba, Biloba, Biloba Unica, Biloba Evo and Bilobina, all hydraulic hinges that ensure a constant and controlled door closing with adjustable speed and represent the evolution of the traditional automatic hinges and door closers. Our door closer hinges have been certified by TÜV, EN 1154, which equalizes them in all aspects to the traditional door closers. Some models are for doors with stop, others for offset pivoting doors. Moreover, Slash is a system for shower enclosures with incorporated hydraulic mechanism and pivoting opening that allows a more of a clear way and wider moving space.

The Bilobas for outer doors, in addition to the usual hydraulic features, have a completely anodized inner body. The special deep oxidation (20 micron) and the coating of the entire surface with covers made of stainless steel AISI 316 got incredible corrosion resistance, more than 500 hours in acetic acid salt spray (according to UNI ISO 9227 AASS Acetic Acid Salt Spray) without showing any sign of imperfection.

The series Biloba Unica adds new products. The Unica NF hinge for internal doors without brake and the chance of having fixing plates to the floor with essential and elegant shapes and dimensions. The first hinge with automatic and adjustable closing, and constant speed braking control, for all door opening angles up to 180°. Also available in the version with automa¬tic closing from 90° to 0°. It prevents unhinging through a shock absorber and has an over-pressure device that avoids breaking in accidental shoving scenarios.

Slash system Slash is the first system for shower enclosures with integrated door closer, pivoting opening and incorporated hydraulic system. The door swings through a top frame and a bottom pivot. The inner hydraulic system allows a smooth and controlled closing thus guaranteeing fun¬ctionality and safety. The opening by the pivoting hinge also allows a more of a clear way and wider moving space.

Hydraulic hinges born for application in wet areas such as showers, saunas and steam baths. Equipped with features characterizing the full Biloba range, the new BT series hinges mount the pin in INOX AISI 420 stainless steel and Viton OR-rings. Therefore they resist to temperatures up to 100°C. The tested, guaranteed and therefore recommended finishing is „22“ (deep oxidation 20 microns).
