Installation
3
Installation There are two different basic attachment frames for the X100 series and for the X300 series. The PowerUnit or the direct extension for snow blade are the same for the series X100 and X300. Danger! Severe injury to the operator or third parties occurs. Switch off the tractor and remove the ignition key and secure the tractor against rolling off, before mounting or dismounting the implements.
3.1
Mounting the attachment frame There are two different attachment frames for the X100 series and for the X300 series.
3.1.1
Attachment frame on X100 series If a front protective grille is mounted on your tractor, dismount the front protective grille. Mount the attachment frame as shown in the photo.

Installation
3.3.1
Mounting the drive shaft and belt for the X300 series
Depending on the tractor model of the X100 series and depending on the mower model, it may be necessary to remove the mower. The reason is that the drive shaft with belt pulley can collide with the mower. The installation is described here using an X155R as the example.
1. First, unplug the plug of the electrical cable, then unscrew the screw of the magnetic clutch. The screw will be required again for installation. For easier installation take off the magnetic clutch.
Fig. 8: Dismounting the magnetic clutch
2. Take the insert out of the magnetic clutch and install shaft and belt pulley instead.
Fig. 9: Mounting the belt pulley

Installation
3. Remount magnetic clutch and belt pulley, the screw will be reused, reconnect power cable.
Fig. 10: Magnetic clutch mounted
4. Installing the belt
Fig. 11: Installing the belt
5. Tensioning the belt The belt is tensioned by sliding the attachment frame. To do this the nuts on the threaded rods must be adjusted the same on both sides. Adjust the belt tension in such a manner that in the non-tensioned position the belt does not run with the machine.

3.3.2
Mounting the drive shaft and belt for the X300, X354, X370, X380, X350R
For these vehicles there are two drive kits; the drive kit from the predecessor series from chapter 3.3.2 fits with the disadvantage that the mid-mount mower must be removed. There is a new drive kit, for which the mid-mount mower can remain installed. Installation is described here. Overview: V-belt A36.5 Holder is bolted at the bottom of the tractor frame SPA 100 – 1-groove Drive shaft + belt pulley SPA 100 – 1-groove Mounted under the magnetic clutch
V-belt A43.5
Bearing bracket SPB 100 – 1-groove Belt is mounted on the belt pulley of the PowerUnit

4. Tensioning the belt The V-belt (A43.5) between bearing bracket and PowerUnit is tensioned by sliding the attachment frame. To do this the nuts on the threaded rods must be adjusted the same on both sides. Adjust the belt tension in such a manner that in the nontensioned position the belt does not run with the machine.

Operation Attention! Before starting up the implement, read the instructions on safety and handling for operation of the entire implement and connection to the tractor.
4.1
Direct extension for snow blade Only the snow blade can be attached on the direct extension. Pivoting: The pivot function has three catch positions that can be released with the red lever. Then the snow blade is pivoted with the black lever (1). Lifting out: With the lever (2) the snow blade is lifted out or lowered. Fig. 22: Direct extension – snow blade
4.2
PowerUnit The snow blade, the sweeper, the high-grass mower and the snow blower can be attached on the PowerUnit. There are separate instructions for the implements. Pivoting: The pivot function has three catch positions that can be released with the red lever (1). The snow blade is then pivoted with the black lever (2). Lifting out: The attachment can also be pivoted with the lever (2). To do this the lever (2) must be pushed slightly to the outside, and then pushed up or down. Triggering a rotary motion: The belt is tensioned with the handle (3). The handle can be locked in place.
