EZ TV IPTV System is an advanced modular end to end solution that empowers organizations large and small to deliver live and recorded video, on a scheduled or on-demand basis, to computers, TV screens and mobile devices over LAN and WAN networks. Optibase EZ TV allows corporate enterprises, government agencies , military, and educational institutions to deliver real-time and recorded video over their LANs and WANs. The EZ TV Web Portal offers a familiar look and feel for users on the network and does not require an intrusive installation allowing for the fastest up time. Administrators can create and manage video assets dynamically and distribute them across the network. From encode to playback, access control is regulated and protected using AES 256/128-bit encryption along with seamless integration with Microsoft Active Directory users and user groups. The browser-based EZ TV Player uses the most flexible, multi-format digital video codec to offer CPU-efficient high quality playback of IPTV streams up to full HD 1920x1080p60. With powerful features to enhance the viewing experience, such as de-interlacing engine for smooth viewing of high motion content, Closed Captioning, Electronic Program Guide (EPG), Text Overlay and advanced features for Broadcast and Command and Control monitoring, EZ TV Player packs professional grade decoding capabilities in thin client architecture with ultra low latency support, powered by TurboVideo™ technology with under 70 milliseconds decoding of Standard Definition and High Definition IP streams. EZ TV STB Module integrates commercial IP set-top-boxes into the EZ TV eco-system, allowing users to view content securely using AES 256/128-bit encryption and access control on their HD or SD TV monitors. A powerful middleware graphical interface makes it easy to view live and on-demand content featuring Electronic Program Guide (EPG) to view and record scheduled programming. EZ TV Mobile Player is an integrated player for iPhone, iPad and Android tablets and smart phones that is controlled dynamically with EZ TV Administrator providing full channel guide synchronization and user authentication. EZ TV Mobile Solution enables rapid deployment of real-time streaming to phones and tablets. Using the latest protocols optimized for mobile delivery, EZ TV Mobile Solution transcodes, relays and publishes existing IPTV feeds or newly created IP streams to mobile devices. EZ TV Portal can manage a cluster of MGW Mobile blades and enables video streams to be quickly assigned to mobile devices from within EZ TV.
With the EZ TV Video-On-Demand (VOD) and Network Digital Video Recorder (NDVR) Servers, users and administrators can record live video or easily upload pre-recorded content for on-demand playback. Additionally, the system offers scheduled recording and continuous archiving of content for monitoring and time-shift applications. Authorized users may record channels for private use, on their own local storage, allowing immediate recording and schedule recording of upcoming programs with full integration of EPG.

EZ TV Mobile Player - Mobile EZ TV client offers full mobile access to the entire EZ TV channel lineup of live and on demand content with dynamic channel listings.
