Combining the benefits of both higher efficiency and higher brightness, Optoma LED+ lamp-free projectors use LEDs for Red and Blue, but generate Green by shining a blue LASER onto a green phosphor.

The Blue lasers used in Optoma LED+ projectors are more efficient and generate less heat than red lasers, leading to a quieter, longerlasting and more efficient projector.
What are the benefits of LED+
Longer life, lower maintenance - eliminates the need for replacement lamps. In normal use, an LED projector can last around 10 years based on 7 hours use a per in a standard work/ education environment. A greener future - consuming less than 0.5W in standby, LED projectors reduce our energy footprint, with no UHP lamp, they are completely free of Mercury. Vibrant colours - As much more of the light produced ends up on the screen, less light is wasted, meaning that LED+ projectors are more efficient and also give rich and vibrant colours.

When you need a powerful 24/7 projector with a bright 7500 ANSI lumens, dual lamp and WUXGA resolution for large venue, such as a College sports hall or lecture theatre, then the Optoma Proscene EH7700 has many features to offer. You can choose from 5 motorised lens options, such as long throw or wide angle, depending on the size and shape of the room. Images can be projected over a 360 degree range along the vertical axis including reproduction over a ceiling or a floor.
