INSTRUCTIONS 1. Attach the reference marker at the desired location. The reference marker may be attached using the insertion pin or the reusable adhesive that is provided in the kit. 2. In the attic simply move the Reference Point Locator in a sweeping motion close to the assumed position of the Reference Marker. When the Reference Point Locator is within 3 to 4 inches of the Reference Marker, the Reference Point Locator will give you an audible and visual indication.
Reusable adhesive can be used when the small pin hole from the insertion pin is not desired. To apply the reusable adhesive simply remove the insertion pin and apply a pea size ball of reusable adhesive. The reference marker can now be attach to the ceiling. Replace the adhesive as needed to maintain adhesion strength.

WARRANTY POLICY: Please contact the Account Services Department at Perfect 10 for latest warranty information and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA - Phone: 1-800-2058620 Ext. 2620) for defective goods. Criteria for warranty credit: • Call/E-mail/Fax request for RMA – Once RA has been approved and emailed back to you place this reference label on the outside of package to be sent back. • Product is to be in original manufacturing packaging. • Eligibility for a prepaid shipping label will be determined at the time the RA is created and will be advised to you after completion of your RMA. • Upon receipt of product it shall be verified that: Equipment is free from abuse or misuse of any kind, goods have all accessories originally shipped with unless otherwise specified, and product meets all warranty standards and policies as set forth by the manufacturer including testing when applicable. DAMAGE/SHORTAGE CLAIMS: We always strive for complete accuracy, but mistakes do happen. Please inspect and count all shipment prior to signing for them. Call Perfect 10 prior to signing for the package if there is an issue. Please reference the following: • Report any damaged or lost goods as it is found to the Shipping Issues group at Perfect 10 immediately. • Hidden damage/shortages should be reported to Perfect 10 within 5 days from the delivery. • LTL delivery receipts must have notations of specific damage or carton shortage to ensure claim can be filed, and product replaced. • All damage/shortage claims must be filed by Perfect 10 to the carriers.
• Damaged product must be at original delivery location as delivered including product, packaging and carton pending carrier inspection, which may take up to 30 business days. Failure to comply with information above may prevent replacement product from shipping or reimbursement of product to your account.
RETURNS: Any product returned to Perfect 10 must first be issued a return authorization. Do not send back any item that is not approved on the RA. Upon discovery of a defective item you may be eligible for a prepaid shipping label based on Perfect 10’s policy. In this instance you will print the label, affix to package(s) and give to an authorized representative to return. Perfect 10 will not accept any COD shipments. With any merchandise being returned the RA label is to be attached to the package(s) being returned. All merchandise returned to Perfect 10 must be complete in the original manufacturer’s packaging with all accessories included at the time of receipt. Any equipment being returned for credit with no defects will be at the dealer’s responsibility to ship. All approved returns will be given credit. For non-defective equipment a 15% restocking fee will be applied against the selling price of the item. Non defective equipment can only be returned within 10 business days of the invoice date.
