Content of delivery        2. 1 camera wall mount bracket 1 hinge element 1 housing base part 1 housing upper part 1 sunshield 1 installation material 1 installation manual Installation oft the outdoor housing The installation of the housing. The cable length starting from the outside of the wall should be mininimum 1,5 meter. The installation should be performed by qualified personnel. 2.1. Installallation of the wall mount bracket 2.1.1. Please use the bracket as drill hole template. 2.1.2. Then drill the holes for the camera bracket mounting screws. 2.1.3. Route the cables through the bracket and use the cable ties for strain relief. 2.1.4. Now fix the bracket on the wall using the screws. 2 2.2. Installation of the hinge element 2.2.1. Please route the cables through the hinge element. 2.2.2. Put the hinge element into the bracket with routed cables and fix the element from downside using the fixing screw. 2.3. Installation of the base part 2.3.1. For the next steps please remove the upper part from the base part of the housing. 2.3.2. Remove the screw nut from the cable gland on the base part. 2.3.3. Route the cables through screw nut and cable gland. 2.3.4. Connect the cables on the inside of the base part of the housing. 2.3.5. Fix the screw nut back on the cable gland. 3 2.4. Connections TV 8493 1: Connection for tamper switch 2: Connection 230VAC supply 3: Connection BNC Video 4: Connection 230VDC camera Note:For video and supply cable please use a combined cable (diameter max. 7 mm, min. 5 mm). Only one round cable should be used for one cable gland. 2.4.1. TV 8494 / TV8495 2 camera 12V + PE 3 - 4 1 1: Connection for tamper switch (TV8494) 2: Connection for 230VAC supply 3: Connection BNC Video 4: Connection 12VDC camera plug / 2-wire 4 2.5. Adjustment of camera position 2.5.1. Please remove the screws from the camera tray on the inside of the base partl. 2.5.2. Put the camera on the camera tray. 2.5.3. Fix the camera on the tray using a screw. 2.5.4. Use the long holes to adjust the camera position. 2.5.5. Fix the camera tray using the fixing screws. 2.6. Installation of the upper part 2.6.1. Put the upper part back the to the base part. 2.6.2. Screw back the ground cable to the upper part on the marked position. 2.6.3. Screw back the ground cable to the base part on the marked position. 2.7. Installation of the sunshield 2.7.1. Put the sunshield on top of the upper part of the housing in alignment with the back part of the housing. 2.7.2.Fix the sunshield using the fixing screws. 5 3.
