3 YEAR WARRANTY
Outdoor Order™ LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser of this heater that if this heater is assembled and operated in accordance with the printed instructions accompanying it, then for a period of three years from the date of purchase for residential use and commercial use, all parts in such heater shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Outdoor Order™ LLC may require reasonable proof of Customer's date of purchase from Outdoor Order™ LLC, an authorized retailer or distributor. Customer should retain the original sales receipt or invoice. Customer must register their heater at www.outdoororder.com to receive the full benefits of warranty coverage.This Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts which prove defective under normal use and service and which the vendor shall determine at its reasonable discretion to be defective. Customer should contact Outdoor Order™ LLC’s customer service department using the contact information listed below. If Outdoor Order™ LLC confirms, after examination a defect covered by this limited warranty in any part, and if Outdoor Order™ LLC approves the claim, Outdoor Order™ LLC will replace such defective part without charge. At Outdoor Order’s discretion, we may determine that replacing the entire unit is warranted due to the particular defect involved. The Limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operating difficulties due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, improper installation or improper maintenance or service by the owner or a third party. Failure to perform normal and routine maintenance on the heater may void this warranty. Damage due to extreme weather conditions as set out in this owner’s manual is also not covered by warranty. In addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover damage to the finish such as scratches or dents, but premature rust or discoloration will be considered. The limited Warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Outdoor Order™ LLC disclaims all warranties for products that are purchased from sellers other than authorized retailers or distributors of Outdoor Order™ LLC. Any defects or damages occurring as a result of shipping will be treated outside this warranty by Outdoor Order ™ LLC’s freight carrier’s claim process or at Outdoor Order™ LLC’s discretion if customer has chosen their own carrier. Outdoor Order™ LLC assumes no responsibility for any defects caused by third parties including freight carriers. Outdoor Order™ LLC does not authorize any person or company to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale, installation, use, removal, return, or replacement of its equipment, and no such representations are binding on Outdoor Order™ LLC.
