SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Before you start training on your sports training equipment, please read the instructions carefully. Be sure to keep the instructions and any other accompanying in case of repair and for spare parts delivery. z Use only original parts as delivered. z Check before the equipment is first used, and again at regular intervals, that all screws, bolts, nuts and other connections have been done up tightly, to ensure that your training equipment is in a safe operating condition at all items. z Place the bike on an even, non-slippery surface. Because of possible corrosion, the usage of the bike in moist areas is not recommended. z Check every 1-2 month that all connecting elements are tight fitting and are in the correct condition. z Only carry out training work on the equipment when it is in perfect working order. z One person for training may only use the equipment. z The bike is designed for adult. Children are not allowed to use this bike. z Always pay attention that you or any other persons never bring parts of the body in close proximity to any parts of the equipment that are still moving. z Consult your physician before starting with any exercise program. He can advise which kind of training and impact is suitable. z When making settings for any adjustable parts, check that they are in the right position and also check the marked maximum setting. z Please follow the advice for correct training as detail in training instructions. z This bike not suits for therapeutic use. z The user’s max. Weight in 120 KGS. 2 Basic Maintenance and Pre-us Suggestions and Requirements: - Lubricant is recommended as a Silicone Spray (Do Not Use WD-40). Lubricate seat neck and display neck if adjustment becomes difficult. - Flywheel should be thoroughly cleaned prior to; and port workout. This will prevent build up on flywheel as-well as limit rough operation of the unit. - Check foot mounts to ensure they are adjusted accordingly. - Check Resistance to ensure that all bikes have matching tension. - Adjust Resistance to desired preference. - Always keep bikes clean and wipe down after use, for improved product longevity. Read the owner’s entire manual before assembly. Let out all parts and hardware pack as shown in pre-assembly checklist drawing. Some parts may be pre-assembled. Step 1. Slide the Rear Foot Bar (2) to the rear of the Main Frame (1) with two Washers (14) and two Hex Head Bolts (15) as shown in Figure 1. Tighten all bolts used in Step #1 with one Spanner (66) at this time. Step 2. Slide the Front Foot Bar (4) to the front of the Main Frame (1) with two Washers (14), two Spring Washers (68) and Hex Head Bolts (15) and Cap Nuts (16) as shown in Figure 1. Tighten all bolts used in Step #2 with two Spanners (66) & (67) at this time. Step 3. Insert the U-Move Bar (4) into the holes of the Front Foot Bar (3) with two Washers (65) and Round Head Bolts (63) as shown in Figure 1. Tighten all bolts used in Step #3 with one Spanner (66) at this time. Step 4. Fix the Left Pedal (55) and Right Pedal (56) to the L&R Crank (53 & 54) as shown in Figure 2. Tighten the Pedals used in Step #4 with one Spanner at this time. 7 Step 5. Insert the Seat Post (5) into the tube of the Main Frame (1) with Knob (60). Hands Tighten only at this time. Step 6. Attach the Seat (62) on the bar of the Seat Slider (7) first. Then slide this set onto the Seat Post (5) with Flat Washer (61) and Knob (60) to tighten as shown in Figure 3. Hands Tighten only at this time. Step 7. Insert the Hand Post (6) into the tube of the Main Frame (1) with Knob (60). Hands Tighten only at this time. Step 8. Insert the bolt of the Pads(70) into the holes of the Hand Bar(8) With two Nuts(69) as shown in Figure 4. Tighten all bolts used in Step #8 with one Spanner (67) at this time. Step 9. Attach the Handle Bar (8) on the Hand Post (6) with one Flat Washer (61) and Knob (60) to assemble as shown in Figure 3. Hands Tighten only at this time. MAKE SURE ALL NUTS AND BOLTS ARE TIGHTENED. FUNCTIONS ADJUSTMENT Adjustment the Tension at the Adjust Screw as Detail A. Adjustment Function at the Lock Nut and Adjust Wire see Detail B. Adjust must tighten the Lock Nut. 8
