AquaTran Products, Inc.
Sincerely,
Thanks again for your business, and we hope that you will enjoy your new AquaTran!
To ensure your complete satisfaction with your new AquaTran, please read all installation and usage instructions carefully. AquaTran handles heavy bottles of water and has many moving parts. It should not be operated by children. We invite you to contact us with any questions or comments about the product.
Incorporating AquaTran into your kitchen design is simple. The unit fits easily into standard kitchen cabinets offered by most major cabinet manufacturers. For detailed cabinet dimensions and minimum structural requirements, please visit our website at www.aquatranproducts.com. Your AquaTran has been designed to work with most water coolers currently offered by major dispenser manufacturers that are equipped with a probe to pierce the bottle seal. Bottles used with AquaTran should have probe-ready caps.
The AquaTran system permits you to store one or more full bottles at the point of use, occupying no floor space. This keeps your bottles in a clean, sanitary environment and reduces multiple handlings of the bottle.
Thank you for choosing AquaTran, the kitchen cabinet accessory that loads full five-gallon bottles of water onto your dispenser unit. In addition to eliminating the need for you to lift and rotate 45 pounds of water, the AquaTran system allows you to hide your water cooler from view in order to preserve the beauty of your kitchen design.

Install 1” screw mount washers on rear of cabinet with # 8 x ¾” wood screws to secure yoke cylinder bracket. Slide 1¾” bolts into retainer brackets and set aside. Keep within reach for Step 5.
5. While holding yoke axle and yoke guide in mounting blocks, install retainer brackets by pushing them over mounting blocks and inserting 1¾” bolts through back of cabinet into holes 1 & 3 on Template. Secure bolts with 1½” screw mount washers attached to rear of cabinet. Do NOT tighten these bolts yet. Insert and tighten button head screws that attach retainer brackets to mounting blocks.

3.
2. Install mounting blocks into holes 2 & 4 on Template using 2½” bolts. NOTE: Use washer under bolt head to keep bolt heads from damaging plastic. 1” yoke axle slots should face upward. Install 1½” screw mount washers on rear of cabinet. Secure washers using three #8 x ¾” wood screws per washer. Plumb mounting blocks using a level and then tighten bolts.

6. While grasping handle, depress and hold black actuator button to lower AquaTran onto dispenser. Lower AquaTran in one continuous motion to avoid jerking or bouncing unit. Dispenser probe should automatically pierce bottle seal.
Bottle is now ready for descent onto dispenser.
Keep hands and fingers away from all other parts while rotating unit.
5. Use handle to slowly rotate AquaTran forward until bottle neck is pointing downward.
4. Attach black Velcro® safety straps around bottle to secure bottle to cradle. Remove paper seal from end of bottle, but leave plastic seal intact.

10. Be sure that yoke cylinder is fully extended by depressing black actuator button. Lift AquaTran upwards until lower end of yoke cylinder aligns with bracket. Attach lower end of yoke cylinder to bracket and secure with washer and prong screw.
9. Unscrew prong screw from yoke cylinder bracket. Remove screw and washer from bracket.
8. Remove self-locking nut and outside washer from upper cylinder mount. Install one plastic washer and then yoke cylinder onto mount. Be sure that hydraulic fitting end faces up and hydraulic line faces rear. Install second washer and then secure self locking nut being sure to tighten until it bottoms out against shaft.
7. SAFETY NOTE: Install red ribbon/tethered pin into top hole of yoke arm end (either side) to keep AquaTran from falling downward during installation. To do this, slowly raise front plate to access hole, install pin, then slowly lower front of unit until it stops by resting on tethered pin.
6. Once button head screws are secure, tighten upper bolts. At this point, all fasteners on rear of cabinet should be secure.

20. Place dispenser unit into cabinet. Lower AquaTran to top of dispenser by depressing black actuator button and applying downward force on AquaTran unit. Ensure front plate aligns with top of dispenser as shown. (NOTE: Minimal ventilation is recommended for dispensers. Be sure that your dispenser does not touch rear wall of cabinet.)
