Oxygen Deficiency Monitor Model O2000 This unique and compact oxygen monitoring system from Air Liquide should be installed in any confined space where inert gases might accumulate. This includes gas storage areas, freezers, confined spaces and other locations where low oxygen levels may pose an asphyxiation hazard. Unlike electrochemical sensor cells, Air Check features an exclusive, current limiting zirconium oxide oxygen sensor that will operate continuously for 10 or more years with little or no maintenance. It responds to low oxygen conditions within seconds, providing drift-free oxygen readings, even in areas where temperature, barometric pressure and humidity levels are variable. With the Air Liquide Air Check monitoring system, there are no zero or span calibration pots to adjust. Exposure to a reference gas is never necessary. Moreover, when compared to disposable-type sensors that are no longer effective after approximately one year of service, Air Check is easily the more cost-effective oxygen monitoring solution. Our Air Check monitor with long-life zirconium O2 sensor pays for itself in as little as three years!

Oxygen—Carbon Dioxide Monitor Model O2CO2000 This unique and compact dual monitor from Air Liquide is ideal for the continuous monitoring of both O2 and CO2 gases simultaneously to alert and protect personnel from entering potentially hazardous situations where inert gases may accumulate. This includes nitrogen gas storage areas, CO2 beverage gas distribution areas, confined spaces and other locations where low oxygen or elevated carbon dioxide levels may pose a health hazard. Unlike continuously depleting electrochemical sensor cells, the Dual Air Check monitor features exclusive zirconium and patented NDIR cells to provide stable readings. O2 and CO2 readings are stable even in areas where temperature, barometric pressure and humidity levels are continually changing. The O2 sensor requires no quarterly calibration or annual maintenance, while the CO2 sensor automatically adjusts to ambient levels. Dual Air Check automatically adjusts to ambient CO2 levels on a weekly basis, or on-demand if desired. In addition, there are no zero or span adjustments to make or expensive maintenance required. Simply plug Dual Air Check into any standard AC outlet and depend on continual, maintenance and error-free air monitoring.

Gas Leak Detector Model 21070 The Model 21070 Gas Leak Detector easily and quickly pinpoints gas leaks emitting from pressurized systems. Utilizing a thermal conductivity detector, the instrument responds to any gas mixture with a thermal conductivity different from that of air. Helium leaks of 1 x 10-5 cc/sec are easily detected, as are many others such as refrigerant leaks of 1.1 x 10-4 cc/sec and argon leaks of 1.0 x 10-4 cc/sec to name a few. Model 21070
CAUTION: The Model 21070 (and 21072) is NOT designed to be used to determine leaks of combustible gases. This leak detector uses air as its reference and is designed to determine low level leaks of any gas having a thermal conductivity different from that of air, therefore, it is not specific to any gas or vapor. A combustible gas detector should be used for the determination of combustible gas leaks in possible hazardous conditions. Benefits/Features

Intelligent Gas Detector Model GD-70D The Model GD-70D smart gas detection transmitter series from Air Liquide sets a new standard for performance, flexibility and versatility. The GD-70D sample-draw transmitter offers an array of sensor technologies unmatched in the industry, including unique offerings such as our hydrogen-specific or LEL versions. The long life, high-capacity pump and wide variety of sensing elements are replaceable in a few seconds, with no tools required. The smart sensors retain all calibration and sensor-specific data in non-volatile memory, so sensors can be hot-swapped in the field with no programming required. The sensors also retain calibration information, which means they can be conveniently calibrated separate from the transmitter, avoiding transport of calibration gases to field locations. The GD-70D firmware automatically corrects for longterm zero and span “drift” minimizing maintenance and maximizing reliability. The GD-70D can be used as a stand-alone device, offering a number of communication protocols to existing PLC systems, or can be integrated with the Beacon series of single and multi-channel controllers. Model GD-70
All GD-70D transmitters include a large, easy-to-read integral LCD display, tri-color bar graph for visual notification of alarm status, programmable low and high alarm relays, and fault relay. Pump flow is self-tuning for maintenance-free operation. Because all GD-70D base units are identical, sensors can be interchanged with no programming or tools required, resulting in maximum flexibility to the user.

Direct Connect Sensors Sensors Only and Sensors with J-box Direct Connect gas sensors are highly reliable and very cost effective for the detection of common gas hazards. They are available for LEL, H2-specific LEL, LEL IR, O2, H2S, CO, CO2 and a variety of toxic gases. The sensors for LEL, H2, O2, H2S, CO2 and CO are explosion-proof with flame arresters, and approved for use in hazardous areas (Class 1, Div. 1 Groups B, C, D). An optional non-explosion proof version is available for O2, H2S, CO and CO2 for use in non-hazardous atmospheres. All Direct Connect sensors are designed to specifically interface with Beacon 110, 200 and 410 controllers. Direct Connect sensors can be used in two different ways. The sensors can be mounted directly to the controllers as a complete stand alone system, or they can be mounted to explosion-proof junction boxes for remote detection.
Explosion-Proof O2 | H2S | CO
The toxic sensors are electrochemical type plug-in sensors, which provide high specificity, fast response and long life. The plug-in design allows quick replacement in the field with no tools required. Toxic sensors are designed for use in Class I, Div. 2 hazardous locations. Sensors are available for Cl2, NH3, SO2, PH3, AsH3 and HCN. Direct Connect sensors can be used either indoors or outdoors. The flame arresters for the explosion-proof versions utilize a patented coating which make them water repellent. Also, splash guards are available for use in very wet environments. An optional stainless steel junction box is available for corrosive environments. Explosion-Proof IR LEL and CO2
Benefits/Features Available gases include LEL, H2S, CO and CO2 Toxic sensors include NH3, AsH3, Cl2, HCN, PH3 and SO2 Infrared sensors available for combustibles and CO2 Patented water-repellent sensor coating Explosion-proof construction Optional stainless steel junction box Long life service (2+ years typical) Explosion-Proof LEL

Hydrogen-Specific Sensors/Transmitters Models Direct Connect, S2 and M2A™ Air Liquide offers unique proprietary sensor technologies for hydrogen-specific detection in either % LEL or ppm ranges. By utilizing a proprietary molecular sieve coating that is built into both our catalytic or solid state sensors, false alarms from typical hydrocarbon-interfering gases are essentially eliminated. For the LEL range, a special catalytic sensor is coated with a molecular sieve that eliminates the response to common background gases like IPA, methane, gasoline, etc., while providing a detection range of 0 – 100% LEL for hydrogen. The hydrogen ppm sensor can reliably detect leaks 20 times smaller than a standard catalytic sensor. This solid state sensor has a molecular sieve coating on the sensing element, which filters out interference from other gases and provides 0 – 1000 ppm or 0 – 2000 ppm range. Both the LEL and ppm range sensors are available with S2 transmitters with linear 4-20mA outputs. The LEL range sensor is also available with M2A Series “smart” transmitter, as well as with our Direct Connect sensor used exclusively with Beacon 110 and 410 controllers. Benefits/Features

Diffusion Sensor/Transmitter Model S2 Model S2 gas sensor/transmitters are highly reliable and very cost effective for the detection of common gas hazards. The S2 series from Air Liquide is available for LEL, H2-specific (LEL and ppm), O2, H2S, CO and for a variety of toxic gases. The transmitters for LEL, H2-specific, O2, H2S, CO2 and CO are explosion-proof with flame arresters and approved for use in hazardous areas (Class 1, Div. 1, Groups B, C, D). An optional non explosion-proof version is available for O2, H2S, CO and CO2 detection in non-hazardous atmospheres. LEL sensors are available using catalytic bead and infrared technologies. The toxic sensors are electrochemical type plug-in sensors, which provide high specificity, fast response and long life. The plug-in design allows quick replacement in the field with no tools required. Toxic sensors are designed for use in Class 1, Div. 2 hazardous locations. Sensors are available for NH3, SO2, PH3, AsH3 and HCN.
