The new generation of furnaces Ivoclar Vivadent proudly presents a new generation of Programat furnaces with the P510 and P310 models. Programat P510 features impressive infrared technology, whilst Programat P310 is characterized by its exceptional user friendliness. Ivoclar Vivadent has re-engineered the Programat furnaces and revamped their design. As a result, the Programat P510 and P310 units are equipped with state-the-art furnace features and QTK2 muffle technology. The new furnaces are capable of distributing the temperature in the firing chamber more evenly than the preceding models due to technological enhancements and a SiC bottom reflector. Programat P510 The key feature of the Programat P510 furnace is its infrared camera. It measures the temperature at the surface of the object in the firing chamber and automatically controls the pre-drying and closing parameters. The infrared technology offers multiple benefits: it heightens the quality of the firing results and increases process reliability. Furthermore, Programat P510 works 25 percent more efficiently than conventional furnaces and is therefore more economical. Programat P510 is operated by means of a 7-inch colour touchscreen and a proven membrane-sealed keypad. Apart from a wide range of Ivoclar Vivadent programs, which are tailored to the IPS e.max, IPS d.SIGN, IPS InLine and the IPS Empress systems, an additional 500 individual programs are supplied. Software updates can be downloaded either via a wireless network (WLAN), if available, or with the help of a USB flash drive. The Optical Status Display (OSD) uses different colours to inform the operator about the actual status of the firing process (heating, cooling, etc.). The progress indicator on the side of the screen shows the remaining process time. Therefore, the firing status can be tracked even at a large distance. Finally, the automatic double-range temperature calibration (ATK2) feature allows the temperature to be checked in two different ranges to ensure high firing precision. Programat P310 Due to its high-resolution, colour touchscreen, the new Programat P310 furnace is even more user friendly than its predecessor. The required program can be selected quickly via the touchscreen or the proven membrane-sealed keypad. The clearly structured menu contains modern icons, which can be click-activated to reach the desired programs or settings. Users have a variety of maintenance programs at their disposal as well as 300 individual firing programs. Programat P310 also has a relatively straightforward, colourcoded Optical Status Display (OSD), which informs the user about the operating status of the furnace. Common characteristics Both Programat P510 and Programat P310 are equipped with double-valve vacuum technology. This feature reduces the noise level of the pump during operation. The vacuum pump evacuates moisture from the vacuum hose and the firing chamber. 1/2
Furthermore, both furnaces have LAN and USB ports. If a problem is encountered, the laboratory can load the furnace data on a USB flash drive and obtain a remote diagnosis by e-mail. ®
