The system can also be used in a dish room, adjacent to a dishmachine. In that case, locate the unit at least 24” away from the loading end of the dishmachine to allow ample space for dish racks. The Pot/Pan Collector is furnished with a template for making the proper cut-out in the dishtable for installation. Once the location of the Collector has been determined, place the template in position on the tabletop and mark the opening to be cut. Make certain that the gusher tube inside the Collector is positioned on the side closest to the dishmachine or sink. The flow of the water plume from the gusher tube must angle up and away from the dishmachine or sink. The unit is now ready for installation. R10" (R25.40) 20" (50.80) TABLE CUTOUT 22 7/8" (58.16) 32 7/8" (83.56) Collectors are most commonly welded to the dishtable.
