Guest must obtain a username and password from IT to log into our network, pick up the phone and dial# (5734)  Push “Power ON” button on the smartboard it may take a moment for the projector to turn on and warm up. The power button is the large gray button located below the smartboard   Turn the TOA amplifier “ON” inside the lectern Turn black knob on small tan colored switchbox inside lectern to “Computer”  Log into computer. Guest must obtain a username and password from IT to log into our network, pick up the phone and dial# (5734)    Push “Power On” button on the projector remote it may take a moment for the projector to turn on and warm up  To play a video on your smartboard press the video button located on the panel below the smartboard and follow the DVD/VHS instructions ………………………………………… More Tips  Do not use regular Dry Erase markers on your smartboard they will not work and can damage the surface of the screen Turn black knob on small tan colored switchbox inside lectern to “Computer” Or Press small gray button on blue switchbox until a green light displays next to appropriate label. Or Press small gray button on blue switchbox until a green light displays next to appropriate label. Turn the TOA amplifier “ON” inside the lectern  Push “Computer” source button on projector remote for display to show up on the projection screen ………………………………………… More Tips  Turn large volume knob on amplifier to adjust volume  Make sure your volume is not muted on the computer      Push “Power” button on the DVD/VCR combo player Push “Power On” button on the projector remote it may take a moment for the projector to turn on and warm up Turn the TOA amplifier “ON” inside the lectern Push “Video” source button on projector remote for video to show up on the projection screen. Or if using a smartboard press the “Video” button below the smartboard Place DVD or VHS tape into the combo player.
