akai MPK SERIES USB/MIDI KEYBOARD CONTROLLERS The MPK25/49 include 12 MPC-style drum pads, 48 samples via 4 pad banks, Full Level and 12 Level functions on pads, MPK25 Swing, Note Repeat and Arpeggio functions, MMC/MIDI start and stop transport buttons, expression pedal in, footswitch in, pitch bend, mod wheel and more. Tap Tempo and time-division buttons allow for realtime control of Note Repeat and Arpeggio clock speeds. The MPK25 has 34 assignable controls, 12x 360° knobs and 4 virtual buttons. The MPK49 has 76 assignable controls (accessed via banks), 8 full-sized sliders, and 8 full-sized 360° rotation pots. The MPK61 adds 16 pads w/4 banks for 64 samples, key-split, and more. The MPK88 has many of the same features as the MPK61 but with 88 fully weighted hammer action keys. The MPK MINI features 8 MPC-style drum pads with two banks, 8 Q-Link knobs, arpeggiator, 4 global settings, USB power, Octave up/down, sustain button, and more. All models ship with Ableton Live Lite – Akai Edition software (except the MPK-MINI).
