Leadership Center

DESCRIPTION Large meeting area, can be set up with chairs and tables for meals and activities. Day use only. No staining drinks allowed in building. Griddle, 2 ovens, stove top, steamer, convection oven, walk-in freezer & frig, pot sinks, prep-tables, dish washing area, pots, pans, dishware, cleaning materials.
Commercial Kitchen
All kitchen staff required to carry current food handler’s card and must be 18 or older. Small refrigerator/freezer shelf space for non-perishable food, small sink.
Pack Out Kitchen
Food handler’s card only necessary if accessing commercial kitchen. Any food prep should be done in the commercial kitchen. Large gas grill.
Grill Area
Food handler’s card only necessary if accessing commercial kitchen.

Sub-Olympic pool, wading pool - handicap accessible. Not heated, no shade covering – Certified lifeguard needs to be present.
