Part 1273 Bluetooth Adaptor This Bluetooth adaptor has been designed to be used in Aux 1 on the Easi-PLUS, Active-PLUS and the Super-Pro AVi. Aux 1 socket on these units have the power output enabled so the Bluetooth adaptor is powered via the Autocom system itself.
1.5m lead
It is recommended that the Autocom Bluetooth Adaptor is placed in line of sight of the device to be paired. ie. under your seat or to the front of the bike with as little body mass obstructing the two paired devices. For GPS units the 1.5m lead length should be sufficient for the adaptor to be positioned at the front of the bike, routed under the tank. Try to route the cable away from HT leads and coils, as these can lead to interference noises.
1273 The set-up button and L.E.D. are positioned behind the grommets. Once set-up is complete, replace grommets in holes A and B.
3.5mm 4 pole Must be plugged directly in to Aux 1 socket with no splitter boxes

If your Autocom system is a pre 2007 model and does not have a sticker on the unit (shown right), you will have to have the Aux 1 socket power enabled.
