Mounting Instructions PowerFlow Kit
Part Number 150216C PowerFlow Kit HONDA CRF 150R (Mini Racer) (L.C) (incl. Air Filter (FR), Aluminium Cage, Sealing Ring and Mounting Hardware)
Instructions: 1. Remove the original outside air boot sealing ring, rubber air boot, and inner airbox sealing ring. 2. Before installing the Twin Air Inner Sealing Ring, use a silicone sealant to fill the machined groove in the Twin Air Inner Sealing Ring. 3. Install the Twin Air Inner Sealing Ring into the airbox, install rubber air boot, and outer air boot sealing ring and tightly fasten bolts. 4. Clean off the excess silicone after you have tightened the Twin Air Inner Ring to the airbox. 5. When you are done assembling, you will have to cut off the rubber lip on the inside of the rubber air boot. 6. Install Twin Air filter (150.216FR) making sure the pin on the filter cage aligns with the Twin Air Inner Sealing Ring.
