Copper Patch Cords
High quality Premium Line Category 6 and Category 5e patch cords are produced in compliance with all EIA/TIA568-A standards and are tested by independent laboratories. There is a variety of unshielded, single- and double-shielded patch cords in a standard production as well as a wide range of lengths and colors. Customized production is available on customers’ request. Inline couplers and Connection boxes allow a simple operation with Installation cables, which can be easily extended. Broken cables can be coupled with no need to lay new complete cable segment. Connection boxes can be used for all standard 4- to 8-wire installation cables of 26-22 AWG up to 10 mm outer diameter.

With the Pair Individual Metal (Aluminum) Foiled structure (PIMF/ S/FTP), Premium Line Cat6A 10G patch cord provides the best performance to against the Alien Crosstalk, and supports both equipment cord and consolidation point applications. The electrical performance of the Premium Line Cat6A 10G patch cord is guaranteed to meet or exceed the specifications of the current TIA Category 6A and proposed ISO/IEC Class EA Ed. 2.1 up to 500 MHz when used as a part of a Cat6A 10G Channel, and channel specification of TIA 568-B.2-1 Category 6, ISO/IEC 11801 Class E.

Premium Line „T“ adapters of printed circuit design provide high performance (meet cat. 3 transmission requirement) and flexibility in different wiring applications. „T” adapter converts an RJ45 8 position plug with 0.5ft round cable into two RJ45 8 position jacks at different wiring. Adapters are available as „Splitters“ which convert one 4-pair jack into two 2-pair jacks or one 4-pair jack into one 1-pair and 3-pair jack. Inline Couplers Our Category 5e in-line coupler is ideal to used to link an exit network cable run or to simply extend your patch cables. They are capable of handling LAN speeds of up to 1000Mbps. You may have to couple two patch cords as one patch cord may be too short to connect the jack to the workstation. Junction Box offers punch down IDC termination types which provides a feed-through connection. The Junction Box provides an easy way to connect two patch cables.
