RESEARCH EXPERIENCE Researches on new methods of high precision analog-to-digital conversion and on application of rheographic technique in spirometric examinations.
SOME DESIGNS Analog – to – digital 6½-digital , 14 - , 15 -, 16–bit converters, high precision current sources, DC amplifiers with low offset voltage (< 0.3 µV), high input resistance, low input current (< 0.3 pA), instrumentation amplifiers (for thermocouples), high voltage amplifiers for piezoelectric elements (±500V), high precision V/I and I/V converters, low voltage switches (< 1 µV), low current switches, a power supply for xenon lamps, switching regulators, some parts of scanning tunneling microscope (STM) and automatic testers for semiconductor devices, digital circuits and modules, protection against electrical noises and
overvoltages in electronic instruments as well as in
measurement and control systems: appropriate ground connections, galvanic isolation, electrical shielding, including passive and active guards, filtering, voltage and current limiting circuits.
