Manual Aggregation Station Transparency in Aggregation Aggregation for all Applications
Suitable for all aggregation scenarios including bundle to case, case to pallet, or bundle to pallet. Also suitable as a rework station.
Easy Integration
End of line stand-alone system for manual aggregation requiring minimal installation space. Quick and easy integration ensures high rapid availability.
Centralized Track & Trace Management
Management of manual stations through to complete Track & Trace systems in high-speed packaging lines including aggregation and database entry through the PCE Pilot Line Manager (PLM).
Prepared for the Future
Upgradable to meet all current and future requirements. Simple and quick updates ensure long-term investment protection.
Marking and Labelling – for Complete Traceability The Track & Trace portfolio is completed by the Manual Aggregation Station (MAS). The MAS is designed for manual aggregation of boxes up to bundles, cartons and pallets and provides conformance with Track & Trace labelling. The MAS comprises of a scanner, printing system and PLM allowing operation to take place at different positions down the line. The MAS is designed as stand-alone system in order to offer an optimum solution for the individual requirements of packaging lines. This ensures the maximum flexibility for the last aggregation step. The self-contained design ensures the system is ready for use without delays in production. Integration into existing lines is made possible with the Product Line Manager (PLM).

Manual Aggregation Station – Track & Trace Compliant Aggregation from Boxes up to Pallets
The Manual Aggregation Station (MAS) is designed to structure the hierarchy levels of the manual final packaging. The hand scanner reads all labels from the packaging unit and data is transferred to the PLM. The PLM checks the scanned data for accuracy and automatically triggers the printing for the superior unit. A printing system generates the label for the superior unit using predefined specifications which could include serial number information and prints the label. The readability of the label can be checked by hand scanner ensuring 100% control. This enables traceability to be completely documented and ensures tracking back to the last level of packaging.
It is possible to transfer the data to the superior IT system via the PCE Pilot Site Manager (PSM) using standardised interface modules via SOA/web services.
