PCL Driver PCL DRIVER GUIDE 1 2 3 5 4 6 1. (One Click Presets) – Choose the option you need to use to set job parameters. 2. (Job Type), you can choose to send your print job a different method. a. (Sample) print lets you send your job as a complete job, but only the first set prints out for you to examine. b. (Hold) print prepares your job, but holds it in the print que on the device until your release it. c. (Locked Print) allows you to send confidential print jobs to your device, with a password so that you are the only one to release it. d. (Document Server) allows you to send your electronic originals to your device and make your setting choices at the device to finish your job. 3. (Details) tab and type in your name or initials and password (for locked print jobs) or your name or initials and file name (for hold print jobs) and send your job with designated settings 4. (Input Tray) you are able to select a paper drawer to print from. (Paper Type) allows you to select a different media paper, THICK, OHP’s, LABELS etc. 5. (Orientation) you can choose Portrait or landscape direction for your document. 6. (Reduce/Enlarge) Fit to size – matches the size paper you are printing to / (Zoom) – choose how much to reduce or enlarge image. b. (Paper Type) Select what type of paper to be used for the job. 4. (Front /Back Cover) If using a front cover – choose what tray to pull from and whether to copy on it. 5. (Chaptering) Select (Chapter Page) – what page number (leave blank or copied on) you want as the front of a page within a document also what tray to pull from 3.
