CAPTURE STREAM RECORD
Pearl Pearl is Epiphan’s newest video streaming and recording system. Its powerful processor simultaneously captures, streams, and records two high definition sources at 60 frames per second, and supports resolutions of up to 2048×2048. Choose to stream and record each source individually or create a custom picture-in-picture layout to stream and record them together. Recording and streaming bitrates are customizable so you can record at one bitrate and stream at another. With dedicated inputs for SDI, HDMI and VGA, Pearl captures just about any video content you give it; either directly or with a simple adapter. Audio is supported over SDI and HDMI, or separately via professional stereo TRS audio.

Pearl Pearl is a lightweight, portable, all-in-one live video production system. Connect two HD video sources and create a custom multi-source layout with branding and background matte of your choice. Stream your custom video and record it along with the original sources for flexible post-production editing. Share the content directly over your network using multicast, or use a content distribution network (CDN) such as Akamai, LiveStream, Wowza, or YouTube Live to share the results over the internet. Simplify integration with content management solutions (CMS) by populating metadata fields and configuring automatic upload of recordings to your network using ftp, RSYNC, or CIFS.
