Perimeter Student Table Assemblies Perimeter Student Tables are ideally suited for the teaching laboratory. You select the exact combination of storage space you need for your students. The X75 Assembly is furnished with two pair of 16" deep x 24" long cabinets. one pair at the wall and
the other under the peninsula. The X80 Assembly is the same, except 16" deep x 36" long cabinets are furnished under the peninsula. To specify the 16" deep base cabinets you want, insert the cabinet’s two digit code number into the assembly catalog number.

Titration Benches Titration Benches are provided with a 1" thick work top with a white reflective surface. The superstructure face panels are 1/4" thick white translucent plexiglass with fluorescent light fixtures mounted inside for illumination. The interior of the superstructure, except the face panel, is finished
gloss white. Titration Benches are available mounted either on table legs or a sink cabinet. Filler panels, base molding and corner clips are included. Demonstration Mirror may be mounted above or below the ceiling using the built-lin corner backets or
threaded rods (not included). The motor box is constructed of Red Oak veneer plywood and houses the equipment that raises and lowers the mirror. Operation is controlled by a remote Control Box furnished complete with a 20 foot cord.

Potting Bench and Aquariums The Potting Bench incorporates two miscellaneous storage cabinets and a drawer/cupboard cabinet for storage of potting tools and empty pots. The work top, 2" high curb and 12" deep shelf are all 1" thick edge grain maple. Shelf brackets, scribes and base molding complete the assembly.
Aquariums are constructed of heavy angle iron frames with polished stainless steel top angles. The 1" thick slate bottom and 1/4" polished plate glass sides are sealed with a permanently pliable, non-toxic glazing cement. The aquariums are mounted on a wood apron assembly.

TruView Teaching Hoods Ordering Instructions: 1. Select Teaching Hood superstructure. When planning a multiple-hood assembly, select both a Right End and Left End hood, and as many Middle hoods as needed to finish the assembly.
3. Select the required number of cupsinks for each hood. 1 for 48" Single-sided 2 for 48" Double-sided 2 for 60" and 72" Single-sided 4 for 60" and 72" Double-sided
2. Select a Hood Work Top for each hood. Work Tops are available in either Black or Grey dished Kemresin.
4. Select Service Fittings and Electrical Fixtures. Each hood can accept up to four service fittings at 6. Select Filler Panels as required. each cupsink location. Hoods ship

Reagent Racks & Shelving Systems Fabricated from cold-rolled steel, Reagent Rack Uprights and steel Facias are painted with Kewaunee’s unique acid resistant finish to match or complement the casework color. Uprights include all installation hardware. Spacing between upright should not exceed 48" unless facias are used.
All uprights are designed to support the top ledge. (Note: It is recommended that the PL-4812-00 ledge be used with the W-0001-1A and/or W-0005-1A uprights.) The W-0201-0A upright, 241/2" high, has holes on 2" centers to provide additional storage on an intermediate
shelf. Reagent Rack Ledges, Intermediate Shelves and Facia Panels are black plastic laminate on a 45# particle board core, self-edged on four sides and a backer sheet on the bottom.

An adjustable wall mounted shelf system can be created from two F‑0170-04 vertical supports. These are designed to hold a maximum of three shelves. Order two M-0038-AD adjustable brackets per shelf. Wall Shelves, Reagent Rack Ledges, Intermediate Shelves and Facia Panels are a 45# particle board core faced on top and all four edges with black plastic laminate. A backer sheet covers the bottom.

Kemresin Tub Sinks & Drain Troughs Kemresin® Tub Sinks and Drain Troughs are made from a combination of modified epoxy resins, upgraded for maximum properties with carefully selected curing resins and inert fillers to produce a thermosetting material. They are formed in metal molds to provide one-piece units with coved corners and bottoms pitched to the drain outlet. After being removed
from the molds, they are cured at high temperatures for several hours to complete the chemical reaction, and ensure maximum chemical, impact and thermal shock resistance. Drain outlets are sized for 11/2" sink outlets unless otherwise specified. Kemresin Drain Troughs are molded with no longitudinal joints. Signature Series
Kemresin Drop-in Sinks Kemresin Drop-in Sinks are formed in metal molds to provide a lipped onepiece tub with coved corners and bottoms pitched to the drain outlet. They are made from a combination of modified epoxy resins, upgraded for maximum properties with carefully selected curing resins and inert fillers to produce a thermosetting
material. After being removed from the molds, they are cured at high temperatures for several hours to complete the chemical reaction, and ensure maximum chemical, impact and thermal shock resistance. Drain outlets are sized for 11/2" sink outlets unless otherwise specified.
They are designed to be mounted in Kemresin tops in a specially rabbetted cutout so that no support from below is required.
